I got a screw in my tire, which I take to them as I have a warranty. While fixing that, they see that the struts were not tightened down appropriately. they tightened them, repaired my tire and got me back on the road, on a busy mornin. Choosing to suffer through the heat wave of '23 with no ac simply because I didn't want to deal with the rude guys at the desk. I only returned this year at the urging of a coworker who agreed to come with me to attempt to get this sorted. They said that all the parts were lifetime warranty which was another reason I chose to go back. They found a leak in the system and replaced a valve as well as recharged the system. It worked. Until it started blowing hot again. So, today, the same coworker and I take my car back to get them to look at it. The guy who gives it a look this time accused me of taking it to another shop all because the condenser - that they put on in 2022 with the original compressor- doesn't appear on their records. I told him that I hadn't taken it to another shop but he wasn't believing me and essentially told me that my warranty was void. I will not be returning to this business. And I will warn everyone about this experience.

Not only was the "repair" work faulty TWICE, but this put my son as risk on the road.
