Zero service after the sale. Don't trust these people to keep any promises you don't get in writing.

We made an appointment with these folks and we got in promptly, on time. For us this is a rare experience. They performed repairs quickly only waited for parts. The shop appears to be very busy and organised. As we drove away, our truck died. Gaaaa! They were nice enough to pull our trailer into their lot and hookup to 50 amp so we could spend the night while our truck was repaired. This was way beyond expectations. Modern service facilities. I'm sure they're not the cheapest place to get repairs. They are very professional and extremely efficient in their operation. Chris was extremely helpful in every way. Even though my repair was minor(brakes), I noticed a big difference when I got on my way. I can't say enough good things about Chris. Even though my trailer is extremely small (MeerKat) he treated me like I was just as important as some idiot pulling some giant home on wheels. I highly recommend this company. read more

With Moix being the most convenient RV sales and service to me I chose to try them again to service my class a motor coach. Long story shot, they have been giving me the runaround since July 5 and this is September 30. They removed a faulty slid out topper on the 5th and claim the topper manufacture won't ship the new product. I don't know but if a company won't ship, there must be something up? This Is the first time trying their new service center and still upset with the terrible service and communication. Customer service is a nightmare! One other issue, extended warranty is about to expire and they don't seemed concerned at all. read more

I damaged a Carefree awning on my RV and brought it to Moix RV in Conway on Friday to get an estimate for repairs. I had to take the anwning apart in order to safely drive the RV on the road. Chris at Moix looked it over and stated it could be repaired and that a full replacement was not needed. His assistant took pictures that included the VIN # on the door. He even said the electrical wire could be spliced back together where I had to cut it. I provided my E-mail address and asked him to send me the estimate. When I arrived home, I saw that he E-mailed the estimate ($3,800) but did not include an itemized attachment. The E-mail just said parts, labor, shipping taxes and the $3,800 amount. I replied that I would need an itemized estimate for my insurance. Curiously, he said he needed more information to provide an itemized estimate. Why this additional information was required for an itemized estimate was never communicated. I provided this information (name, address, phone number, VIN#, make, model) the next day (Saturday). I wasn't sure what information was needed when he included "etc." as part of the requirements. I received no response on Monday or Tuesday. I even called to remind him on Tuesday and an assistant took the message. In the mean time, I checked the Carefree website and priced replacement parts (fabric canopy and arm assembly) which totaled about $1,000. On Wednesday, I E-mailed and informed him I was still needing a written, itemized estimate while letting him know I was questioning the $3,800. He then claimed the $3,800 was for a full replacement and that he didn't respond because I waited until Saturday to provide the extra "needed" information. Additionally, his response was that the estimate was for a full replacement and not for a repair. This was after he specifically said a repair was all that was needed (thus the electrical wire repair). After getting caught in several lies, he revoked the estimate as a way to avoid supplying the itemized estimate. My advice when dealing with Chris at Moix RV is to record all of your conversations and agree to nothing without a full itemized and signed estimate. read more

had a good experience buying the rv but 2 months later have issues with rv. i was very disappointed there service department was very rude and did not hold up to what they told me when I bought it. if you think about buying from them you might want to reconsider the customer service after you buy is very poor read more

This is our second purchase from Moix. We have been very pleased! They've been able to get us in for repairs when needed. Camp Moix is also awesome, they host events four times per year which are lots of fun and they provide dinner and breakfast :) Things will definitely go wrong with your house on wheels, but it's great to have a dealership with a great service department you can count on! read more

Have purchased several RV's (Class A and Class C) used on both and though no warranty at sale, Moix has always strive to make it right. Buying used, no matter the total cost, I expect some exposure to cost and repair over time. Yes, I pay more for used retail than buying directly from individual seller, but the risk are much higher In Private seller such as undocumented Sched maintenance, storage history, actual number of owners, mechanics lien against title. Damage history not reported. Moix has ability to vet out most of this prior sale, as well as documented and noted pre purchase inspection. I will continue to be loyal to Moix RV. read more

Tried buying from them. I probably went up there 6 times. After doing research, I offered a more realistic price based on other local places on the same unit. They refused all of my offers. We are talking maybe 2k less than sticker. The salesman said man I gotta sell you something for taking up my time, and it's only going to be a few hundred dollars." I make. I stressed how I wanted to buy from them because they are local, and I wanted a relationship with them for service. I drove to tulsa and saved 20k on the same camper. They have terrible customer service. They have had my brand new Rv for 3 months (longer than I have ever stayed in it, it's my main living area as well) and haven't even started fixing it. I went in to check up on it and they said they were about to start the floors. It has been THREE MONTHS and they haven't even started working on it. Do not go here if you're in need for your Rv fixed unless you got a year to leave it. read more

Very dissatisfied with the overall experience. Will not use them again! RV repair time was much longer than anticipated, sat on lot for several weeks before even looked at, final price was outrageous for a minor repair and customer service "attitude" was very poor. Would not recommend. read more

I would avoid Moix unless you just have a lot of money And are willing to overpay on an RV. Moix staff is consistently rude every time I've ever been in there. Same campers are being sold at superior RV in Conway for $10,000-$20,000 cheaper. And superior RV has friendlier staff. read more

Avoid Moix RV. We reached a tentative deal on a 5th wheel, and placed a $500.00 deposit with them. They advised that they would need about a week to get everything prepared for delivery, but required us place the $500.00 deposit to insure the availability of the unit. After 3 days, and further research on the unit we had seen, we had second thoughts about trading the 5th wheel we currently own. We contacted MOIX RV to advise them that we had changed our mind. Their friendly posture changed 180 degrees, and they refused to refund our deposit, stating that if at some point in the future we wanted to purchase from them, they would apply our $500.00 to that purchase. Otherwise, they would just keep it. We have purchased many RV's and vehicles over the years, and have never experienced or heard of a dealership responding this way if the customer changed their minds, or if circumstances arose causing a customer to have to back out of a deal. We will not be considering the dealership in the future, and advice everyone else to be aware of their shady business practices. read more

In mid-September, my wife and I drove a rental car to Conway to complete the purchase of a 2021 Pleasure Way Ontour 2.0. We previously made arrangements with the salesman, Billy Carroll, to ensure the oil was changed, vehicle gassed up, and interior contents were all in place. We were there 5-hours while waiting for the vehicle to be sent out for an oil change, then again sent out for gas. I think the vehicle was also washed while we waited. The lady who gave us a walk thru orientation of the vehicle apologized that she was unaware of our purchase until after we arrived. No one seemed to know about a second ignition key or the location of the Bose remote control. I later learned this vehicle was on consignment and the owner was on a cruise - so, a long delay in getting the title sent to us in Texas. The salesman said he could not provide the name of the previous owner without getting higher level permission. I found multiple papers in the vehicle which included the owners name and phone number. After contacting the previous owner I received some missing items. Never a thank you from the salesman. He just disappeared. Someone told us where the vehicle was parked and we got in and drove away. read more

Moix is quick to sell you an RV but follow-up and service is pathetic!!! They know nothing about customer loyalty. Would not go back.

I have had great service after the sale. Not like taking you car in for an oil change. This is a Mobil house. How long did it take to get you house HVAC repair in the 100 degree heat of summer. Moix does take traveling folks first. read more

I got a quote to install a trailer light kit for my vehicle. Made an appointment, arrived for appointment, waited 2 and a half hours for a half hour job, was then charged more than double the price quoted. Never again will will recommend, or return to them for anything. read more

They even when out of their way researching an off brand camper I had available as a trade-in and quoted me a very fair trade-in price. Took my Class-A Motorhome in today to get the central heat fixed. I explained that we have sold our house and living now in the RV this week while we renovate our new home. They said there were too many people in front of me and it would take 2-3 weeks before they could fix me up. Most of these folks in front of me are just getting their RV winterized and do not currently live in them! I was also asked by the Sales manager when I talked to him about it, and his reply was "Did you buy the RV from us?" Does it really matter when your out in the cold and need some heat? We have been a customer of Moix RV for the past 12 years. Pulled all receipts over that time and it came to over $10,000. Had a water pump leak that was part of a $1200 ticket 2 years ago. Did not bother to see if it worked as we hook up to water when we go out. Started to winterize it. Pump was not working at all. Read the supposed repair. The exact same thing was still wrong. Moix offered to give me a name I could call as they had nobody to go take care of it. Did not offer to make it good. Would not tell me who was to pay. Short sighted people. Lose a $10,000 longtime customer over a $200 repair. Do not go there as they are only good to deal with until they have to do a repair I believe they did not do to begin with, but charged for it. Though I had been told by another RV dealer that it could not be done, I found this dealership that measured my RV for a replacement awning then allowed me to return to the road in my RV. The following week the dealership phoned me with news that the new awning had arrived and set me up with an appointment time to bring it by. Richard King from Moix RV in Conway, Arkansas measured my RV for the awning (it took 8 minutes), helped me with my insurance claim, allowed me to take the RV home, then phoned when the new awning came in. The replacement fit perfectly and the work took about 4.5 hours to complete. While my wife and I waited in the dealership lounge, the employees at Moix did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. I like to take my business where it is appreciated and Moix will be my first stop when it is time to buy a new RV. read more

If you are buying a Camper they do a great job selling it to you--but after the sale don't expect any kind of customer service or competence. From their financing to service department there is complete lack of communication, miscommunication, or outright lies we have caught them in. We purchased our very first camper from them and have been so disgusted and frustrated with them that we have almost reached a point of never wanting to own a camper again. Unfortunately we are not alone in having bad experiences with them, several friends of ours have also experienced less than adequate service within the past 6 months. We were never contacted for an apology, Management never checked into all the trouble we had, I couldn't even get my phone calls or emails returned from Chad in their financing department. read more

Went there this afternoon to look at RV's & trailers. We were there 40 minutes and not one person asked if we needed help. We thought we were invisible as we were not acknowledged in any way. After wondering around looking at what was inside we wondered outside. Still no help. We went around back to see if we could get in to see other RV's - no entrance so we walked back inside. Still no acknowledgement- stood around for awhile and finally decided they didn't want our money so we left. read more
