I'm not sure what ape they have back there cranking down the lugs to 400psi or what Nascar pitboy wanna-be who doesn't know how to start the lug with his hand, but they clearly don't care. Sure they'll pay to have it fixed, but Id rather not have to spend 1-3 days having work done on a vehicle every time I go in with a flat or rotation. Unprofessional, untrained. A copy paste reply isn't going to help, you had more than 3 chances to get the issue straightened out with your employees and management. I will not be back regardless. This is a bad business.

I didn't want a tow to Little Rock from there and so we ended the call. Minutes later I get a call from an employee that said he was on his way to help. AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire. (So glad this all happened only a mile away from an exit with everything needed to make this easier!) He didn't only do his job but recognized my need for someone to show they understand being human and helping them be seen when life happens. I will never forget his amazing kindness to turn a stressful situation into something so much more manageable! Thank you for making my life a little less stressful!

My 2025 2500HD black truck, with less than 2,000 miles on it, had never been through a car…read morewash--until this incident. I took it through their wash, and it ended up with severe scratches. The pictures don't even do it justice. After exiting, I went to vacuum my truck and immediately noticed the damage. I called for a manager right away. When he arrived, he took a few photos and even admitted, "Yes, it did scratch your truck, and you can see the marks." I was told I'd get a call by Monday or Tuesday, but no one reached out--I had to follow up on Thursday. When I finally spoke with the manager, he backtracked, saying the pictures didn't look like damage caused by their car wash. I'm not asking for a full repaint--just for the scratches to be removed. But I already know that won't happen. Avoid this place at all costs! It even looks like someone else had their car scratched--I saw their pictures too.

I find it no surprise that Conway Collision Center's last good review was in 2020. As a preface to this review, my vehicle was not worked on at this location. From what I can gather, I wasn't important enough or the job wasn't easy enough for them to even return my calls. I booked an appointment with them on an early Wednesday morning and spoke with someone (Todd?) about an insurance repair and additional repairs to the vehicle which I was going to pay out of pocket. I had to take off work for this appointment. Todd assured me that he was going to put together my quote, give me a call, then email me. A few days later, no call. I don't know what their work load is or how long it takes to put together an estimate so I called a few days later, was put on hold, and was told that Todd was busy doing payroll. I was told that he would call me back. Again, days have passed and no call. It has now been a week. I work in a service oriented business and to not follow up with a customer within this time is amateur. Not only that, but I completely wasted my time going to a business that doesn't value my time. My advice is to be careful booking an appointment with Conway Collision Center. Conway Collision Center obviously does not have any consideration for the customer's time. If this is how they treat people, just imagine how they will treat your vehicle. Real businesses that care, return calls, follow up, or at least have the courtesy to tell a customer that they don't want to do the job. That is just the professional thing to do and their professionalism is heavily lacking.
