I called them in December to come out and fix my electrical. I lost all my ac and the dc inverter…read morewasn't working right. I had to run extension cords from my shed and the power post just to run my stuff and stay warm. They came out a couple of days later and looked at my breaker box and then found my inverter. The guy said he had to order a new part that goes with the inverter. A month later I call and they say they got the wrong part. A few days later Bill and Charlie came out and looked at everything and changed my 50 amp cord and said I'm now running on ac. Plus they were going to order a new breaker box for me. That was in March. So I called on the 6th of April trying to find out what was going on, the receptionist said she would find out and call me back. Never happened. Called them again on the 19th of April same response same thing never called me back. Today the 20th of April I called to see what was going on. Was told to find someone else to fix my problem because they are to busy to finish the job. Mind you I haven't had a fridge or an electrical water heater all this time.
