I usually go for something pretty basic like chicken, bacon, cheese and tomato on brown bread, but they always do it great and I'm always completely stuffed after gnoshing down on it. It is a little bit out of the way if you are in the cntre of town but I'd maybe go so far as to say it is worth the journey and if you are up the Ormeau Road I couldnt recommend this place highly enough. The coffee was just a take away coffee maybe slightly to hot and the container burns my delicate lady hands. Other than that I can't complain. They'll do you a sandiwich, a a baguette, a wrap or a bagel and fill it with all kind of everything. The bread is always fresh, as are the fillings and the prices are reasonable enough for the city centre. When I worked nearby I learned very quickly that unless I wanted to be queuing out the door for ages, the key was to go for lunch 10 minutes before everyone else did to beat the crowd, so if I were you, I'd avoid it at 1pm on the button, and actually, I wouldn't bother going after 2pm, because they tend to be cleaned out by then!
