I would not use this shop. I took my car to this business and the customer service was nonexistent. There a many much better options!

Glenn and his assistant were great to work with and did an excellent job re-doing the vinyl fabric on my chairs.

If you are looking for quality upholstery for your boat, DO NOT GO HERE. If you want your colors to…read morematch, design to match and most of all, the stitching to HOLD, then this is not the shop for you. If you have a tractor seat or a bench seat to recover, this is might be your shop This may have been the shop to go to back in the day before Ty took it over, but it is unfortunate as hell that it is not today. it is hard to find a BOAT upholstery shop. We had great expectations after meeting Ty and seeing a sample project, super excited. It turned out to be a real unfortunate and disheartening experience. The issues started coming up when pick up time arrived, the work was sub-par at best, looked amateur. He was quick to throw his shop worker under the bus and blame it on him, Really???? what upstanding business owner does that? Take responsibility for your business. As we looked over the finish product, Ty and I noticed several pieces that the stitching was off course and the designs did not match, the original color base was grey and he made it in white! Ty decided to redo those pieces, about 1/2 of the project. After leaving, we reinspected the load and found more stitching coming undone and seams opening up. obviously had to return to the shop and drop those pieces off to be redone as well. 90% of the project had to be redone. Fast forward to today as we're wrapping up our restoration project we found yet more pieces that did match or fit. Looking for a solution. Without a doubt an experience I didn't want to go through. Yes, a discount was given, as it should be, we need to remember, you get what you pay for, cheap price = cheap product. A real bummer for both..........

Beware of this shops' business practices. They give low-ball price and time to get job done,…read morethen, slow-walks the work to pad the bill.

This shop has taken care of pretty much everything on the interior of all of my vehicles and my…read morewife's as well. We live in Bakersfield so it is a 2 1/2 hour drive for us. However, the impeccable quality of work and 60-65 years combined experience of these two men (Tom & Scott) make the trip worth it. They have made custom door panels for my Suzuki Samurai that were wrapped in Harley Davidson black vinyl. I sunk my Grand Cherokee in 4 feet of water for 24 hours and they managed to salvage/fix the entire interior. The work is always done by the time i have to head back to Bako. Here is the most important thing. I Have Never Had A Repair/Customization From Them Go Wrong. Ever. In 15 Years. I was surprised to read the 1 star review on this page and I completely disagree. While this shop is definitely not the cheapest in town (you get what you pay for), I have never had the bill be more than the estimate they gave me. Also, every time I visit T-Line they are FULL of all different kinds of hot rods/show cars/fancy racing boats. Scott tells me they don't do any advertising. All their business is word of mouth. I have a hard time believing that any shop could cheat their customers and still have that kind of business without advertising. Bottom Line: If you want a quick fix on your junker then there are other shops out there. But if you need top quality work on the interior of you vehicle then this is THE place to come. Not only are they the best but they LOVE to create something 1 of a kind. If they ever cheat me I'll be gone in an instant but as long as they continue to provide me with great service ill continue bringing my cars all the way there from Bako.
