The date they gave us for installation was exact with no delays. In fact we were called the day before so that we would know when to expect them - morning or afternoon and an hour before they actually came they again called to let us know the time. We are very pleased with the results and best of all they were considerable cheaper than the other quotes for the exact same product. I will use them again when we replace the bathroom countertops. My only suggestion would be that they have a buzzer on the door so that when a customer enters their business they can hear it from their offices.

Their argument is that I signed the document at the end - yes I did but EXPECTING the pork chop to be included! (See photo) They didn't even give me the opportunity to go over the measurements and just had me sign in a hurry. Additionally, the guys who installed the sink said the measurements were wrong (see photo). Do not go with these people. Hire a company who will be more diligent and thorough with their work.

Valley Countertops sent out a tech to measure and design our kitchen on two different occasions. We signed off on the work; however did not hear back from Home Depot or Valley Countertops. After calling the head office of Home Depot to find out what was causing the delay we were notified that Valley Countertops had not released the measure. After multiples calls and e-mails we were abruptly notified that Valley Countertops does not install countertops in log homes, they have a blanket policy. It was unfortunate that the tech who visited our home twice to measure and confirm details did not let us know, nor did Valley Countertops following the measure. If I had not reached out for further details we'd still be waiting for our install. The lack of communication or knowledge by this team was horrendous. We are now left to start over with a new company, delaying having countertops for 6-8 additional weeks. It will be 3 months since we started this process until we finish. It is disappointing to learn that Home Depot uses this company for the entire province. If I could rate this company with a zero I would, primarily for the lack of knowledge by their tech, dismal communication and the inconvenience they have caused us.

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. We sent her a poor drawing of our kitchen and some ideas we had and she was able to direct us in the right place with several quote options for our budget. She answered all of my questions and requests quickly and efficiently. Bruce came out to measure and he had some very good suggestions on how to have our countertops sturdy and level. He was extremely thorough and helped us decide on 3cm or 4cm and the pros and cons of both. When we wanted to see the actual slabs of quartz she sent us to the warehouses and assisted us with even having the exact area of quartz we wanted to use for our countertops. We chose to do 4cm and we're worried we would see a seam, but it was SO well done and you can barely see it. They had everything installed in under two weeks and they did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them and know you will have a good experience!
