DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. My wife and I purchased from these people, and every time there…read morewas drama. In each order something would be "thrown in" and ADDED to the bill. It wasn't what we wanted (in addition to our order)...and it only added a few dollars to the bill, so we let it slide. But it happened every time. Wth? So , whatever... we threw out the nick knack that they threw in and just dealt with the few extra dollars we were charged for it. Support small business, I say. So we ordered again. Now it was a method of payment issue. Moody Mare cannot wait to get paid. Their invoicing is rapid and repetitive. I click on their link to pay them, and the link didn't work (we were not overdue yet, we bought the items about 3 days before). So..I emailed asking what method of payment they would prefer (Zelle? Venmo?) The reply was curt ...and essentially "Click on the link". Ok....so 17 min later I get another demand to pay. I am in the car, away from my home computer so....figuring they are kinda desperate, I sent the money via Paypal. After all, they did accept payment in that method in the past..so it must be acceptable to them..after all...they are badgering me to pay RIGHT NOW...so....its at least paid, and I feel I am acting in good faith. Well. Next comes the emails ..a few of them and they are not happy. They are even really angry,it seems. I try to work it out and their solution is to sell the items I had in my cart and say they will prevent me from purchasing from them in the future. Well, THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY. Spiteful. I get the sense this is a small group of amatuers with an attitude. It's a shame because I'd like to support small business...but the attitude? Who needs it. There is no reason to support businesses who feel its beneath them to answer an email with full sentences. A business who adds things to your bill without your permission. Adds things to your bill. ..and to top it off..is RUDE.

The manager came over and asked the cashier where the coupon book was- neither of them knew. The manager said "sorry" and told me I could call 1-800 Walgreens. I was really frustrated and after leaving the store, I sat in my car and ordered the product via their app with pickup at the store and the digital coupon loaded fine. 3 hours later, I received an email saying there was a delay. When I finally got notification that I could go back to the store and pick up the item, it was too late. The next morning, I saw an email which confirmed the item was picked up at 10:09 pm which was not the case. I went to the store the next day, and explained the emails I received to the manager. He said there wasn't an issue, handed me the item and said, "I told you yesterday, I could call 1-800- Walgreens for you." I was stunned and just fed up with the whole experience. I will no longer shop at Walgreens- the customer service is a joke.

Also, not a fan of how dirty the store looks and smells - mold - and of how disorganized it is. However, it was the rude side-eyes and whispers I was getting from the associates when my wife and I walked into the store together that have prompted me to make this review. You see, she's seven months pregnant and cannot wear her wedding ring at the moment because her fingers are too swollen for any jewelry, and I know that this is something they were wrongfully judging us for. (Married 8 wonderful years this September.) On our way out I heard one of the cashiers make a comment about the "shame of children being born out of wedlock" while staring at my wife as if she were Satan herself. Regardless of a store's religious aspects and beliefs, the staff have no right to pass judgement and or make such rude and disparaging remarks about their customers. We will not be returning to the store and we've already informed our friends and family of such a cold and judgmental store. It's a real shame since this place was supposed to be a welcoming place that encourages love and creativity, but all we were given were cold glares and cruel remarks.
