The store for last few months has not been well stocked. Recently they went from 12 to 5 seating in the smoking room. The price of cigars are creeping up. Due to the lack of selection the higher price cigars are now becoming the go to. Very disappointed for a place that was well stocked and priced decently. My rating is dropping due lack of inventory, pricing, and seating changes. Service by Joe and Chris is excellent. read more

Cool Cool place to go and not just get a great cigar but hang out in the back room man cave with always a fun cast of characters. The owner Chris is cool and Joe who works there can point out great smokes that wont break the bank. read more

Friendly, helpful staff, laid back atmosphere. Walk-in humidor has a nice selection, featuring all the major brands. Prices about the same as any brick and mortar store in metro-Detroit. Lounge features high-top tables if you want to play a game of chess or get some work done, as well as leather lounge chairs for relaxing. Free WiFi if you're looking to get some work done. Nice size TV for watching sports or anything you'd like. They don't have any drinks, but will let you buy booze at the liquor store next store and drink it there if you'd like. Unlike many cigar stores, younger folks like myself don't get strange looks from the older gentlemen that frequent these stores, probably due to its proximity to the university. I have been coming for a number of year and both Chris and Joe are welcoming to each customer. Joe does a great job and supporting the customer. Good selection of cigars and enjoy the two customer spots to smoke cigars if one wants to. read more

This is a pretty dang good cigar store, although I have to admit.... is this the same ting as Smokey's? I'm confused. They have a really nice walk-in humidor with more cigars than I could ever hope to smoke, and I found a really nice brick-house for just under $7 and I loved it. I'll definitely be going back to try some of their other delights. Not the best smoke shop in town, but definitely top 3. read more

I came here when looking for Smoky's - I think this may have been Smoky's but is now Tobacco Rose Cigars? Not sure. In any case, this is the best cigar shop in the Ann Arbor area. Their selection is the most impressive I've ever seen at a single shop. They have everything you'd want (Opus X, Davidoff, Drew Estate, My Father, etc) and the guys working at the time were really helpful and seemed like nice guys. They mentioned the lounge is free and open to the public if you're smoking cigars purchased at the shop. I peeked in the lounge and it looks great - leather couches, high-top tables, big-screen TV. I'll definitely be back to purchase some more sticks from them and hang out in the lounge. read more

Great selection of cigars in a good sized walk-in humidor. Very good stocking levels, and some of the staff are very knowledgable. I use all types of tobacco from Cigars, American Spirit's to Grizzly and I wont buy anywhere else in town because I know the staff will answer every question I might have regarding new products. The best place in town, bar none. Great selection, great location. The lounge is a awesome place for catching a game while having a smoke; they often stay open late for important games and it's not unusual for a local sports celeb or two to be there. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly and the huge walk-in humidor and lockers are awesome. I can tell that I'll be spending a lot of time there. read more
