The towing company demanded $290 in cash to release the vehicle, which is suspicious since they only accepted cash payments. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole experience worse. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.
