I had Dave out to put 4 new tires on our Tesla Model X with powder coated wheels. He did a great…read morejob with being delicate with our wheels to insure no scratches, torqued the lugs to the proper spec and did the job pretty quickly. The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.

If negative stars were an option, this "mechanic" would get them. This was the most unprofessional…read moreand suspicious experience I've ever had with a service. He messaged me at 3 AM saying he could help with my turbo car and claimed he had experience. I waited literally all day, and he kept saying "sorry I'm late" and "I'm enroute," but every time I asked for a real ETA, he ignored my messages. He NEVER showed up at the time he said he would. Not once. When I told him the timing wouldn't work anymore, he suddenly tried to charge me a $72 cancellation fee, even though he never mentioned ANY fee beforehand and it's nowhere listed on his Yelp page, despite him claiming it was. Straight-up lies. Major red flag: when I asked for a proper payment method, he said he was "between card reader companies" and could only take cash or CashApp. That alone screams scam. Then it gets even sketchier: He blocked me, then called me from a completely different number pretending he "didn't know what happened" and "didn't know how to block or unblock anyone." At that point it was obvious what was going on. Full scammer behavior. Even after I said clearly I do NOT want the service and DO NOT come to my address, he kept trying to say he was still on the way. Completely ignores boundaries and is very unprofessional. Do NOT trust this person with your vehicle, your money, or your location. Total scammer. Complete loser behavior. Avoid at all costs.

We contacted Brandon's Towing & Recovery out of Athens, GA on 1/9/26 after one of our drivers…read moreexperienced a load shift on an open-deck flatbed carrying steel. One piece (approximately 61 lbs) had fallen off the trailer, and another piece (approximately 260 lbs) was hanging partially off the side. When we reached out, Brandon's Towing requested photos and the exact location of the trailer, which we promptly provided. After further coordination with our driver, we advised that it would be best for service to be performed Saturday morning, 1/10/26, as we had not yet agreed on pricing or scope of work. Despite this, Brandon advised that his truck was already en route, even though no agreement had been made. Their team arrived, straightened the two pieces of steel, and were on site for approximately one hour. After completion, they demanded $1,450 for the service. When we questioned the rate, they refused to negotiate or explain the pricing and instead threatened to have our trailer impounded if payment was not made immediately. This was an extremely disappointing experience and felt like a deceptive and coercive business practice, especially given that no rate was agreed upon prior to dispatch.
