I also didn't place the call until late afternoon. Within 30 minutes Chris called and said he had someone on the way! Not long after we hung up Joe arrived. He was super polite,professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my problem and took the time to walk me through what needed to be done. He explained because my 1996 6.5 diesel had had some "custom" work done in the past getting the correct parts could be a little more difficult to match up. The next morning I spoke with Chris and not long after Joe returned with the correct part and installed it. He also spent some time making sure the new part preformed as it should. This driver did reach out, and I texted him my GPS coordinates, which, rerouted him. I got home around 1930. Precision Towing put all kinds of other calls before me. This is how they treated me...like I don't matter at all. No discounts..not even a Veteran discount (Army vet here!). I do not recommend.
