Had Apex work on a wheel that the dealer used. They did a terrible job with paint on the caliper and on the tire. Bubbled paint and didn't shine the wheel to match what it looked like before they "fixed" it. Have used Pioneer before so contacted Brian and he was able undo their crappy job and make the wheel look like new. Will continue to only use him. read more

Brian gave great service, and does excellent work. Straightened my rim and welded and sanded the crack, remounted the tire and balanced it perfectly. Then when I was late getting back in town, he let me pick it up after hours. Top notch work and customer service! read more

Call Pioneer first services to have my wheel repaired . Had to reschedule a couple of times during the week. Ended up not being able to make it until Saturday. Normally he's not open on a Saturday. He came in on a Saturday to help me out with my wheel. looks fantastic can't even tell I ever scraped a curb. Very detailed work. Pleased! To say the least. I…read morebrought in a Vossen HF-5 (Matte Gunmetal) for a curb rash repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Technical Failure: They failed the color match twice. They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.

Towards the end of last year (October-ish), I got my tires replaced at this location and everything was great! No real problems until April, when one of my tires kept going flat. I took my car back to this location and explained to them my predicament - explicitly mentioning not only that my car has had previous issues with the tire pressure sensors, but also that one of my tires kept going flat, no matter how often I would put air back into it. I called back 3 1/2 hours after dropping off my car to ask for an update and was told that they had been calling me for hours (Note: I did not have 1 missed call from anyone in my call logs!) and that my car had been done for a while. I asked them what problems they had found and what work had been done to fix their findings, to which I was met with a very condescending tone telling me that, "The only thing wrong with your car was that your tires were low on air, so we filled them up for you!" Naturally, I was very confused. I asked if they checked the sensors and the tires themselves for any problems and was, again, immediately met with a quick and snarky reply of Yes we checked it all and your car is fine. Fast forward to 2 (Two!!!!!) days later, my tire sensor light turns back on. One more day passes and my tire is flat once again. This time, I take it to another tire dealership in Winder. Within the hour, my tire is replaced due to the carpenter nail lodged within it! Isn't it crazy how that works? As a single young woman, I find the condescension and lack of respect absolutely ridiculous. I admittedly do not know too much about cars, but if a customer comes into your establishment with a specific concern, I would try listening to them. I realistically would not be able to Ever recommend this location to someone after my experience.

Not only are they a car wash but they also supply free vacuuming, towels, and cleaners! Cleaners include an all purpose solution and window cleaning solution. Towels are currently moist and not dry like they used to be. Being so sometimes they smell of mildew and that's off putting. Andd that's if they have towels for you to use. Lately though they've been blocking off a lot of vacuuming stalls so it's been a hit or miss if you can use the amenities. So unless you add the dry and shine option to your car wash you may be leaving with water spots left on your car..

In Chicago, we would clean our cars to a showroom mirror finish and drive to hangouts like the beachfront or cruise downtown hot spots like Rush Street. Most every car I've owned has been dark in color... which also shines the best at night! While those days are long behind me, I still love a clean ride! But I've grown a lot less persnickety as I've aged and honestly, my vehicle is lucky to get washed once a month! I have a large truck, and it can be a beast to clean, thus my lack of enthusiasm to clean it! But today my wife introduced me to W4 Express Car Wash! We pulled in and she told me she'd purchased a membership that allows her to come unlimited times a month to get her car cleaned. I WAS ALMOST INSULTED at first since I tend to clean her car more than my own, but also grateful. In my teens and 20's I didn't mind spending several hours washing, vacuuming, Windex'ing, Armor All'ing, shampooing and polishing my car. Nowadays, with life as busy as it has been as of late, even an hour to clean BOTH our cars seems like a real chore! Which is why I am so surprised this place brought the thrill back to washing a car! *** FIRST OFF, other than your monthly membership, most everything is free. THEY provide the drying towels, window cleaner, all purpose cleaner, forced air sprayers to blow out hard to reach places and the strongest sucking vacuums I've ever experienced anywhere. These things could suck the skin off a snake, seriously. Also, I am generally never happy with the tire cleaning ability of automatic washes, but my tires and rims were close to perfect after a run through the wash. More than anything else, THAT surprised me. There are plenty of bays to self vacuum and for now the facility is top end on its functionality. Everything is new so everything works and works VERY WELL!!! Best of all, it's very reasonable. At $30 a month, that averages out to less than $7/week. *** FINAL THOUGHTS Over time, my love for this facility may change. But for now, they have brought the joy back to washing a car. They even have a pull-off area for trucks to clean out their beds before entering the wash zone. Oh, and if you do decide to get a membership, cameras read your license plate and the gate automatically opens without you having to do anything! Not only have they cut down my time and energy to wash my truck & wife's minivan, they also add greatly to my convenience by providing the glass cleaners, towels and free powerful vacuums. Not to mention I can come as many times in a month as I wish! I'm so very impressed... and I'm not the type to be impressed easily. 2020 / 92

Took my car over to Brian after a not so pleasant experience with another local vendor. I learned a very expensive mistake and now truly believe that sometimes it's just best to wait until someone like Brian handles the work. Long story short I needed 2 rims repaired which were damaged even more by the first vendor. Took it to Brian and he totally repaired the original damage and the excess damage done by the first vendor. In addition to that the car had overspray all over it as the wheels weren't taken off of the car to be done by the first vendor. I opted for the ceramic coating and the car looks Amazing now! You'd never know there was millions of specs of clear coat and silver spray all over it now. I highly recommend Brian for any cosmetic services that your looking to have done to your vehicle.
