They were extremely difficult to get ahold of and would sometimes take 3-4 days just to respond to an email. It took them almost 1.5 months to just let us shop around for a shop to repair. Our rear bumper was cracked, and after finally getting a response from the insurance company, they sent us a $1,000 check to cover the repairs. Unfortunately, after shopping around, I quickly realized that $1,000 wasn't nearly enough to get the job done properly. That's when I reached out to Roland Auto Collision. The owner was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. James the owner and his crew also found that the frame was damaged also. He told me to simply bring the car in, provide the accident policy number, and they would handle the rest directly with the insurance company once the repairs were completed. I think I strolled around it a half dozen times. I even traced my fingers along the seam lines where the panels, plastic and accessories met. I looked at the sticker on the back to make sure it was my car. I just couldn't believe what a great job Top Notch did AGAIN. I say "again", because they impressed me about 4 years ago when they repaired another vehicle. I wondered if they were really this good, or if maybe the first time I got lucky.
