The idea came to life as I was planning my own alternative wedding in 2024 and realized how limited the options were for professional, fun, and reliable bartending services in our area. I wanted to create a business that not only filled that gap but also brought personality and flair to every pour.
With a background in event coordination and almost a decade of experience in parks and recreation, I combined my passion for hospitality with my love of creating memorable experiences. The Tipsy Hellcat is more than bartending — it’s about giving hosts peace of mind, serving guests safely, and adding a bold, stylish vibe that makes every celebration unforgettable.

Hi, I’m Danie, the owner of The Tipsy Hellcat. After nearly a decade of working in parks and recreation and helping coordinate community events, I realized how much I loved creating memorable experiences. Leading up to my own wedding in 2024, I also noticed a real need for fun, reliable bartending services in our area — and that inspired me to launch The Tipsy Hellcat to fill that gap locally in the Central Valley.
I’m licensed, insured, & trained and certified in RBS and take pride in offering safe, professional bartending with a bold, creative twist. My style blends a little edge with a lot of personality — think celestial vibes, signature drinks with flair, and service that’s as fun as it is professional. My goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so you can actually enjoy your event while your guests are served responsibly and with energy. Whether it’s a wedding, private party, or holiday celebration, I love helping people make their events unforgettable.
