Not only did Moy go above and beyond to help and make sure our day was a huge success and stress-free, but his team even went above and beyond helping in every way possible. The entire process was easy, and problem free. Words cannot do enough honestly. I 1000% recommend Meraz Event Services! **side note: the photo book we recieves from the photo booth package was such a great addition and so worth every cent** Absolutely amazing work....You can tell its way more than a hobby for them.

Honestly, I wish we could have stayed longer because there was so much we didn't get a chance to enjoy, including the winery and restaurant. The vibe of this hotel is amazing. Seriously, it's beautiful! Walking around at different times of the day, it almost feels like you're discovering something new each time. There is so much to see and enjoy. They have tons of outdoor seating, a pool, basketball, tennis, horseshoes, chess, cornhole, and even a greenhouse. There's also a HUGE Tesla charging station. My only small complaint is that they don't offer complimentary breakfast, just coffee, but that's certainly not a dealbreaker. If we had more time, I would have loved to just relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, explore the property, and soak up the atmosphere. Definitely a place I'd love to visit again!

There was only one elevator, located across the courtyard and quite a distance from my room, which made moving luggage in and out somewhat inconvenient. I also wish there were more water refill stations around the property. I often had to go to the restaurant or bar to ask for a refill. Given that the area reaches triple digit temperatures (including during my stay) having more easily accessible water stations throughout the hotel would be a very helpful improvement. Overall, it was a nice stay, but a few small changes could make the experience significantly more convenient for guests.
