I was a returning cash customer who purchased a supplement only to find the contents had been tampered with and replaced with Sweet Tart candies. After several phone calls and a return visit to the store I was not only refused a replacement or money back, I myself was accused of the tampering. Their resolve was to offer a minimal discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately this inferior quality of customer service does not warrant any additional purchases from myself at this place of business. It is pathetic that a simple transaction has had to escalate to not only a poor review but also further investigation.

Smoked a Drew Estate Natural which was perfectly 'kept'- great moistness, great flavor, average price ($7). Was there around 6:30 so I also enjoyed their happy hour (6-8pm) drink prices ( 25% off ) so my IC Light drafts weren't $3 but came out to $2.41...! Where can you get a better price than that, other than your own home??? And who wants their house to smell like cigars just to pair it w a cheap beer? Certainly not my wife...! Lol. Great place, attentive bartender, friendly crowd. HIGHLY RECOMMENDE

Terrible ending to an otherwise great experience!…read more My car was getting detailed at Double Take Detailing on Banksville Road! I had a lot of time to spare (6 hrs...btw they did an excellent job on my car), so I caught an Uber to Jeringers (Puff n Stuff)! It was early Saturday morning/ afternoon and I literally had the entire lounge to myself! chairs were very comfortable in a very cozy environment! I had my own cigar and they allowed me to smoke without charging a corking fee (which was great)! I was also able to order food from Houlihans Restaurant (directly across the hall) and eat in the lounge! Since i was able to smoke and bring food from outside I thought it was only appropriate to patronize the establishment by spending some money. I ordered an on tap beer with 11% alcohol! When I finally cashed out and got the bill it was $20! Yes you read right $20 for one beer! I figured the beer would be high and anticipated it would be between $7-$10! When I looked at the bill I thought I was charged for 2 beers! Nope one beer! Will go back for a cigar but will never order a drink again! Sheesh...this really ruined what started off a positive experience!
