Once it became clear that the footage was inconclusive, I ended the discussion because I accepted that neither side could prove who was correct. As my husband and I were leaving, the situation took a shocking turn. The owner repeatedly shouted "CHEATERS!" at us in front of other customers and ordered us to leave the store. He did this multiple times, despite the fact that the surveillance video had not established that we had done anything dishonest. There is a profound difference between a disputed transaction and publicly accusing customers of cheating. Honest mistakes can happen in any business. Public humiliation without evidence is something entirely different. This review is not about ten dollars. Had the matter ended with an unresolved disagreement, I would never have written this review. It is about dignity, professionalism, and basic respect. I sincerely hope no other customer experiences the same treatment

Was there around 6:30 so I also enjoyed their happy hour (6-8pm) drink prices ( 25% off ) so my IC Light drafts weren't $3 but came out to $2.41...! I had my own cigar and they allowed me to smoke without charging a corking fee (which was great)! Since i was able to smoke and bring food from outside I thought it was only appropriate to patronize the establishment by spending some money. I ordered an on tap beer with 11% alcohol! When I finally cashed out and got the bill it was $20! Yes you read right $20 for one beer! I figured the beer would be high and anticipated it would be between $7-$10! When I looked at the bill I thought I was charged for 2 beers! Nope one beer! Will go back for a cigar but will never order a drink again! Sheesh...this really ruined what started off a positive experience!
