I was a returning cash customer who purchased a supplement only to find the contents had been tampered with and replaced with Sweet Tart candies. After several phone calls and a return visit to the store I was not only refused a replacement or money back, I myself was accused of the tampering. Their resolve was to offer a minimal discount on a future purchase. Unfortunately this inferior quality of customer service does not warrant any additional purchases from myself at this place of business. It is pathetic that a simple transaction has had to escalate to not only a poor review but also further investigation.

Since i was able to smoke and bring food from outside I thought it was only appropriate to patronize the establishment by spending some money. I ordered an on tap beer with 11% alcohol! When I finally cashed out and got the bill it was $20! Yes you read right $20 for one beer! I figured the beer would be high and anticipated it would be between $7-$10! When I looked at the bill I thought I was charged for 2 beers! Nope one beer! Will go back for a cigar but will never order a drink again!
