There's a huge selection of Magic the Gathering sets to choose from, not just the most recent couple of releases. The prices are right, and Gus is always willing to help you find what you're looking for. My only gripe with the place is the hours. They usually open at 12 (1pm on Sundays), and that's so late. This is a problem with all the hobby shops in town (and elsewhere, I'm sure), so I won't mark him down for it.

Shipping only took a couple of days and wasn't expensive. Yes, this place is overloaded with Christmas items and yes it is a bit overpriced, but I can find everything I want in one place, every topic, very idea, every need. The atmosphere is totally Christmas, the staff are great and the ornaments cannot be found elsewhere most of the time. If you are a grumpy gus or a bah humbug kinda person, don't go there. You will find lots to complain about. But if you love Christmas in any sense of the holiday, come and take it all in. The commercialism, the spiritual, and music, the lights. I have had them do this in the past and gave them my info. They called me back later the same day to say that they had a 'like new' used version of the game in stock, and said I could pick it up today. I said sure and dropped in later the same dayw. The used game as 90% of the price of the new - and I found it new online for the same price - but again, I want to support local, so I went ahead and purchased it. When I got home and opened the used game was not the same as a new game. It was an older version of it, without the updated ruleset, without changes to the board and pieces. It was significantly different and less refined. We recently visited some friends and played the newer version of the game, the version that inspired us to purchase the game, the version I thought I was buying. IT was so much better than the version I was sold. I was a local, loyal customer. I could have bought the game online for the same price. I chose them, and they let me down.

He always make the store a great and fun place to be. He ran so many card events. A lot of his customers became regulars throughout the years. I know that when i go home to see family that still live there, i stop by and give him my business. He has been in business for about 24 years now. If you are looking for great place to shop and hang out, then I would 100% recommend that you go to store there. If you go in there with drama or nonsense, he will probably ask you to leave as he runs a friendly place and he has no time for your BS. He believes in respecting everyone thoughts and feelings even if he personally doesn't agree with them from time to time.
