I love this place. Every year, I go for my annual ornaments for my grandchildren and nieces. It's traditional that they each get a personalized one that memorializes their year's event with their name and the year. The staff are fantastic to work with, they help me find the elusive ones, they come up with ideas when I have vague ideas, and the personalizing is great. One year, I brought home my stash and found that one was broken. I called them and they immediately shipped another, personalized exactly as the first, so I had the complete set. Shipping only took a couple of days and wasn't expensive. Yes, this place is overloaded with Christmas items and yes it is a bit overpriced, but I can find everything I want in one place, every topic, very idea, every need. The atmosphere is totally Christmas, the staff are great and the ornaments cannot be found elsewhere most of the time. If you are a grumpy gus or a bah humbug kinda person, don't go there. You will find lots to complain about. But if you love Christmas in any sense of the holiday, come and take it all in. The commercialism, the spiritual, and music, the lights. HO HO HO Merry Frankmas , wait it's August.. Well, Kris Kringl celebrates Christmas 365 days a year and it shows. I gotta little misty eyed when coming through the front doors. Reminds me of the childhood days my entire household as a youth brightened up every December. Upon entering you are consumed by bright lights and sparkly ornaments.... As you venture from room to room you'll discover very common stuff to very religious stuff... My favorite being the lamps with blowing snow inside them. I could stare for hours at a miniature snowstorm consuming the city... Now upstairs is more including hundred of individual ornaments. Some themed and some not but defiantly something for everyone.. Pricing is kinda high but if you're in Leavenworth the. your on vacation so it's time to splurge... Defiantly if you're shopping on Front Street you'll wanna put this on your must see stores... Gotta stop here whenever visiting Leavenworth! There is SO much to take in, with two floors of an incredible selection of ornaments and decorations. The back room with all the miniature displays/villages is so captivating. These individual pieces are rich in their pricing.... so I'm content with just looking. My friend and I had so much fun browsing in this store! Kris Kringl has Christmas magic on two levels. Upstairs and downstairs you'll find ornaments, lights, snow globes, and decorations. There's truly something for everyone, but the ornaments are the real highlight. They have such a huge variety, and it was so fun looking through them all. Although it looks small from the outside, once you go inside the store you're transported to a big Christmas wonderland!!! It was so fun to visit in the middle of July. If you love Christmas, this place is a must stop. We go every single time we're in Leavenworth (which is several times a year), it's very fun to just browse all the items. And if you have someone who collects ornaments or anything else Christmas related (nutcrackers, villages, etc), it's a guarantee you'll find a good gift for them. Such a fun store to check out if you want to be transported to a Christmas wonderland. Tons of festive ornaments and holiday items! We came on a pretty busy evening so it was crowded and a little hard to walk through but for the most part it was a really nice experience. We received unbelievable service from the Owner/Manager at Kris Kringle! We made a large purchase on Thanksgiving Day Nov. 27, 2025, over $670. I failed to ask if they give a Veterans discount. They do! The Owner/Manager looked up our purchase, refunded the entire purchase, and re-entered everything and charged our card minus the 10% Veterans discount. What is absolutely amazing is that she did this when we were in the store on BLACK FRIDAY! (There was up to an hour wait time to even enter the store on an extremely busy Black Friday.) She did all that to charge $67 less (we did spend more than that additional the same day) on a day that was insanely busy for them. read more

A truly magical Christmas store here in Leavenworth! I stopped by with just plans of looking around, but ended up getting an ornament and I am really glad I purchased an ornament here vs. a different store. There's a massive collection of all things Christmas here and there's an elevator to get to the top floor if you struggle with stairs. I would go insane if I had to work here, listening to Christmas music 365 days a year. I'm one of those people who insists that Christmas starts *after* Thanksgiving, and ends no later than New Years Day (with maybe a few days' wiggle room on either side). Even so, I always enjoy a visit to Kris Kringl, even in the off-season. In this case, our mid-January is close enough to keep my hackles in check. I mean, we came to Leavenworth to see the Christmas lights we'd missed last month due to COVID, so...it was kinda the reason we were here. Kris Kringl is a lot like the Tardis from Doctor Who: it seems bigger on the inside than it looks from without. Two stories (including an elevator or stairs) of wall racks, displays and endcaps positively crammed with ornaments, miniature villages, nativity scenes and more. It's almost overwhelming, and you could easily spend half a day searching for that perfect ornament for friends, family, or a white elephant gift. I mean, who *wouldn't* want a sexy shirtless firefighter merman ornament adorning their Christmas tree? One of the best features they offer (during the Christmas season, anyway...not sure about the rest of the year) is personalization of specific ornaments. Last year, we bought an ornament that had a cartoony Mom and Dad, standing over a number of gender-neutral kids, all of whom were wearing stocking caps. Some local ladies with fantastic penmanship will write in the names of parents and children on the caps, customizing it for your family, and they have ornaments that can accommodate any family size, from two to twelve (at least), including pets! If you can't find an ornament you like at Kris Kringl, you're a Scrooge, and there's a park bench waiting for you across the street. read more

Kris Kringl is going to make you feel FULL of Christmas cheer. It's an absolutely adorable Christmas shop in downtown Leavenworth. I knew I had to stop in when I saw the exterior decorated so beautifully. The inside has ornaments, lights, garlands, advent candles, cuckoo clocks, Christmas villages, and more Christmas than anyone could wrap their heads around! The staff is SO friendly and we stopped in with 10 minutes to shop and found our way to the register JUST as they said they were closed. A cute holiday store in Leavenworth where you can celebrate the holidays all year-round. Not only do they have Santas galore, the shop offers a variety of ornaments from the kitschy to bizarre, so it's a great way to deck the halls with something truly unique. From the outside, it looks small, and then you realize it houses a lot. And once you think you've seen it all, there's still a whole other level to explore. They also offer things from other holidays too, since we came around Halloween, they had some cool villages setup, which also made some great photo ops along the way. The employees were extremely helpful and they are keeping things safe during COVID by promoting social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizer everywhere. Since the business is so spacious, it's quite easy to socially distance without being on top of eachother. There are also very few "Leavenworth" specific ornaments- I wanted something to commemorate my visit- I ended up with one but was surprised at how few there were to choose from!
