After installation, I started noticing multiple cracks, eventually up to ten across the floor, so I filed a warranty claim. I followed their entire process, including having an inspector come out, only to receive a report that made no sense. The claim was denied based on "improper installation," specifically stating the flooring was installed flush to the baseboards. That's simply not true. A proper half-inch expansion gap was left, exactly as outlined in the installation guidelines. Frankly, once they sent out their inspector, it became clear the outcome was predetermined. Instead of standing behind their product, they looked for any reason to deny the claim, and they found one. What's most frustrating is that I had flooring installed in the same home, using the same method, for five years without a single issue. The only thing that changed was the product color and brand, which strongly suggests this is a product defect, not an installation problem. Bottom line, don't put much faith in the "lifetime warranty." In my experience, it doesn't mean much, and the company will not stand behind their product when it matters. The flooring brand was NuCore. I will not be using them or this retailer again.

Gwen was very helpful and patient with me, it took me about 3 or 4 months to decide. Received the material in a reasonable amount of time. As far as price goes, I cannot speak to that because I did not shop around to compare. Service overall was average, did not feel the same fuzzy feeling with other staff as I did with Gwen. Im soley giving this 5 star rating because of Gwen, she had very good customer service, called me every once in awhile to follow up but was not over-bearing, but when she was not there, I didnt get the same level of service.
