And beware, if you order a pizza other than what their standard menu offerings are, suddenly you are paying for each individual ingredient. For example, we ordered a meats pizza and added three toppings. Instead of paying ~$20 plus what the additional 3 toppings cost we ended up paying $50 plus for a 15" pizza because each ingredient was itemized separately. Ridiculous! It's enough to make us not want to go back, regardless of how good the pizza was.

The Rib Eye was cooked well and had decent seasoning, but the cut of meat was not very good. The cut quality was closer to what I'd expect at steak buffet than at a sit down restaurant. (Could very well have been just bad luck) but when you pay restaurant price for a nice steak you don't expect to get a bad one. It is still the "off" season, but this restaurant just seemed to be understaffed. I ate at the bar and the one bartender was working his but off. But waiting until he was done making drinks to get get butter for my potato (came without any) and salt and pepper got a but trying. Also getting an empty bottle of A1 Sauce was not impressive. Nothing about the words "Advantage Program" tells a customer that this is actually an additional 3% fee. Even more troubling, the 3% appears to have been calculated on the food, drinks AND sales tax. If a restaurant wants to charge customers an additional 3%, say so clearly and prominently. Call it a service fee, processing fee, or whatever it actually is. Don't bury it on the final bill under the friendly-sounding label "Advantage Program." The amount is small. That's not the point. Customers should know what they are being charged and why before the charge appears on their bill. And while we're talking about unexpected charges: $2.50 for a Diet Coke, plus another $2.00 charge for a Diet Coke, despite the receipt separately showing four "Soda Refill" entries at $0.00. If refills aren't actually free, that's fine--but again, just tell customers what they're paying for.

My only minor complaint is that there were a lot of bones that I had to pick out/be careful not to eat. For my side I got the cheesy grits and I haven't stopped thinking about them since. They are by far in the top 5 most delicious things I've ever had in my entire life lol. To me, what makes their fish fry so great is their portions are extremely generous, you get 4 pieces of fish, a handful of fries, two slices of buttered rye bread, coleslaw, tartar sauce, and a lemon wedge.
