We frequent this location regularly because it is easy to get to in traffic, and seems less crowded…read morethan other nearby locations. The shopping model is addictive with the regular coupons, Kohl's cash, and rewards points. They also have a wide selection of items that we tend to appreciate. In addition to clothes and shoes, we also purchased kitchen, home goods, bedding, bath, pet items, games, and seasonal options. They have an Amazon return station also that we've used a few times as an alternate to the UPS Store across the street. I found some items I wanted that I tried to purchase online, but would have had to wait 4-10 days for them to get it ready for in-store pickup. So I visited in person, and found everything I was looking for the same day. I also picked up a 70% off clearance item that I wouldn't otherwise have found online. They reworked the checkout from having several registers in their separate lines on both sides of the store, to a single queue line weaving through last minute displays to a bank of multiple registers in a line. You wait to be called to the next available register so no one can slip in front you. There was only one register open when I was there, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my purchase.
