Three days later, they had not delivered it. I tried several ways to contact The Flower Spot, by phone, email, Facebook to no avail. Days later I was finally able to reach someone by phone. She explained that while I ordered the hydrangea online they never received the order because they were having their Internet and phones changed over. I accepted that excuse and she assured me the hydrangea would be delivered in three more days. It is now 2 1/2 months later and the hydrangea was never delivered. No one ever contacted me from The Flower Spot. I've called numerous times and left messages, left bad reviews & still no one has contacted me. But they did delete my bad review! I finally contested the charge through my credit card. I still haven't received a refund of $77. Inexcusable. I called again today and got the owner on the phone. She told me that she gave a refund a week after I placed the order which is untrue, just last month the charge was on our credit card bill. I asked her for documentation that she actually gave me a refund she said she would email me a screenshot of the document & she was going to call my credit card company. It is hours later and I have received nothing.
