She gave me different options with different timelines, and in the end it was delivered the same day... on New Year's Day no less, and two days earlier than expected!! Just stellar. With a death of a loved one, timeliness is so very important. So I cannot say enough about how well this was handled, and how appreciative my team and I are of the extra care and diligence this was taken.
