    I do not even know where to begin. I am so so so pleased with Jeffersons! I had ordered a floral arrangement for my grandmother the day before her birthday. I got a call about 30 min later after I ordered them and was told that they do not deliver that far. I was a little upset because the website let me place the order and being that my grandmothers birthday was the next day, I was a little irritated and panicked that I had to figure something else out last minute. They apologized for the inconvenience and did everything they could to work with me and to try and figure things out! They were so friendly and helpful during the whole process. The flowers are absolutely GORGEOUS! I strongly recommend Jefferson's to anyone. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

    Valentine's arrangement delivered in a cracked vase, leaking water.

    Order flowers for Valentines day. Ordered featherseasonal01 by phone referencing their website page for it. Item was delivered in a ceramic vase that was cracked from the top to about 2 inches down the side on the mold seam from manufacture. When completely filled, the vase leaked from the crack. Jefferson's had the recipient bring the arrangement back to the store and told him they didn't know what had been delivered to him. (Mind you, I sent them pictures of the cracked vase and the item was ordered in reference from their website.) And I could have sent them pictures of the entire arrangement if they had asked me for them. They had my phone number and had me on Facebook chat from where I alerted them to the problem. They simply failed to ask. They also failed to document their own orders - no recipe, no picture, no nothing in-house for them to reference back to. While the recipient was waiting, they replaced the stylish, dimpled vase with an ugly straight sided pot I would expect to see a funeral plant in. He was told they didn't have any more of the nice vases at the store, only in the warehouse. They simply unceremoniously popped his arrangement out of the cracked vase and squished it into a pot it wasn't designed for. The result leaves MUCH to be desired. I'm actually ashamed of how the result looks from the pictures the recipient has sent me. I chatted with Michael Glenn and he reported that he saw the substitution that had been made for the cracked vase and he thought it was acceptable. Apparently has taste level needs a tune-up. When challenged on his taste level and the ugly pot being an acceptable solution, he got huffy and unprofessional. So now the recipient is the proud owner of a modern arrangement (it was a nice enough selection of florals, nothing exceptional but nice) in an ugly funeral vase/orchid pot. Not the experience I expect from a $95 (w/ tax and delivery) order. And not how I would expect a business who supposedly prides itself on excellence to resolve an issue. At this point, I would like for them to completely replace the arrangement with a new one, in the correct vase (or one of similar modern style), without defects, in the correct style, and fulfill the order as it was requested. Or take the flowers back, give me my money back, and I will order something else from a florist who actually embodies excellence.

    Bouquet came out great! Delivery was quick and the communication (emails) were very prompt. I love it, made my life simple and my wife really enjoyed her flowers.

    My daughter is graduating from ECU this weekend. I had used Jefferson's last year for her 21st birthday and the flowers were amazing, so I called and ordered flowers for her graduation. I asked for an arrangement that would cost in total $150. When the flowers arrived, I happened to be at my daughters house and was appalled at what was sent. I immediately called and they did tell me they would pick up the flowers and send new ones. The new ones were an improvement ( anything would be)but just not the same quality as I had seen in the the past.

The first local florist I spoke to was less than enthusiastic, and Wendy's was actually the second flower shop I called. Wendy herself personally handled the order. She was pleasant, personable and very friendly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I gave her one or two basic ideas for the arrangement and said "Just be creative". She gave me a MORE than fair price. Once the arrangement was made, she personally text messaged me photos of it for approval. Even a snag with the delivery address was handled *personally* by Wendy with nothing but the utmost professionalism, respect and courtesy. People wonder why you should buy local and support small businesses. THIS is exactly why. I will most definitely use Wendy's Flowers many more times in the future and you should too!!

The level of customer service my family received was immaculate!! They definitely went above and beyond!! Wendy herself made moves for us on very short notice. Making things so easy for us as we mourned lost of my brother in law. The prices are more than fair and she does custom orders like no other. She also delivers to towns outside hers.     First issue, The flowers arrived and they reeked of…read morecigarette smoke. Once placed in the kitchen it overwhelmed the house. I had to place it outside. Second Issue, I immediately called the delivery driver. He told me one of the florists smoked and this is why. He was lying, unless the florists smoke inside the building when doing the flowers. This was active cigarette smoke, it was like someone was puffing on them. My mom, who got the flowers, noted the driver reeked of smoke too. I imagine he was smoking inside the vehicle when delivering them. I called him, he apologized, and said the manager would call me in a couple of minutes. I wait, I wait, I wait. I text him, he said we need to apply for a refund on the website. I ask for his manager's information. He refused to give me it. I asked when the manager would call me. No response. I called the store where the flowers came from three times during business hours, no response, no voicemail. I drove to the store which was still open (20 minutes each way). Their open sign was on though their door was locked. I left. Third Issue I asked my boyfriend for the receipt, and wow, what I was sent and what he ordered were completely different. Fourth Issue When I FINALLY was able to get through with my calls, I was able to speak to the manager, Tina.I asked if I could share what her product arrived as and my experience, she said no thank you, the company told her I was getting a refund. She was not interested, as a manger, or knowing the low quality I received and the unprofessional ism of the delivery driver. She was not interested. Summary I am not one to write reviews, but when my boyfriend works 60 hours a week, and someone tries to scam him, then I get pissed. He had a hard day and wanted to make me smile. When he found out my experience he was distressed. I am all for having talked with the manager about this dispute person to person, than to write this review, but she clearly showed no interest and I feel like I need to warn people. I am a Greenville local, and I have heard of this place, and this was my first and will be my last last experience with them. Best of luck keeping a store open like this. The manager obviously does not care of the quality of customer service nor product. No apology, no interest in looking into it. My boyfriend ordered from an online flower company that hired the flower basket to do my flowers. The online company provided me a refund, and gave me great customer service. The company responsible can learn from this other company on customer service skills. Cheers.
