I have been quite fond of this place, but it seems to have went downhill drastically. I went to watch the NFL playoffs which they advertised on Facebook, and had the following experience. The worker seemed uninterested. I ordered a beer that was on their menu board, only to be told that they didn't have it, so I had to order different one. I went up to the lounge to watch the game, and there was filth and garbage scattered all over the place. There was old food and napkins laying all over, and the tables were greasy and disgusting. The television kept turning on and off and then freezing up and then turning off again and back on where we couldn't even watch the game. Try to find another table that was cleaning up to sit at to watch on the other screen, but couldn't see past the bright glare. Informed the worker about the TV and he said he he didn't know anything about the TV because he only works there. Went to go to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom was disgusting with all kinds of trash thrown all about on the floor. Went to go ask the worker for toilet paper, and order another beer, and he was nowhere to be found. He was somewhere in the other room. I stood around and waited for a good five or 10 minutes and he didn't show up. I left and went to another bar. I love the thirsty axe. It has been my go-to spot for a while now, but this last experience really turned me off. I have found another go-to spot, but I really like the ax and I wish it was ran better. read more

Any time you can throw axes, its a good time... throw in beer, liquor and live music and its a party. they have great poppers and grilled cheese sandwiches to die for. the staff was super friendly...The wife says she can't wait to go back. read more

Wanted to go with a friend out for a night of Karaoke. We got there about 15 minutes after karaoke started, bought a drink, and signed up to sing. After 30-45 minutes, my friend (who signed up after me) was put on the list to sing while I was still left waiting. I went and checked the sign-up sheet, and I was clearly skipped over. I double checked with the DJ that my song was available and sat back down. After an Hour and a half, I had still not been given a chance to sing. Went up to the DJ asking what was taking so long, and he told me he would put me on the list. A few more songs later, my name still was not coming up in the next-to-sing list. Approached the DJ again to tell him we were leaving, and instead of apologizing, he tried feeding me some BS excuses. For example, he had said he was trying to get as many people up there as he could...but some regulars had been given multiple chances to sing in the time I was signed up. If you are not a regular, or are not friends with the DJ, you will never get your chance to karaoke. I will not be coming back here for karaoke ever again. To add more about the establishment itself...the drinks were over-priced compared to other local bars, and it was weird to go to an axe-throwing place where it is all shut down for karaoke night. read more

Super low budget comedy. Definitely NOT worth the money. The venue Is very dirty and uncared for. The employees are lacking in many areas and not a recommended place for entertainment in Ukiah. read more

Best place to come to Ukiah! Great selection of beer, good food , but most importantly the nicest staff. Actual fun for the whole family ! Ace throwing was surprisingly so fun and the staff is well versed in their safety training. Very happy to have this amazing addition to this once so boring little town! read more
