I saw her in the months leading up to my wedding and couldn't be happier with my well balanced look. She worked within my budget and timeline to give me a more youthful and even appearance while still maintaining my ability to properly emote (which was of paramount importance to me on my big day). Booking an appointment was easy and the location is great. I was in and out within an hour each time. I have only been to two other places and feel like it is on par price wise. I had a wonderful experience at The Things We Do in Chino Hills so I decided to give the Venice location a try (and Mary the esthetician who helped me with my facial in CH also works at this location so it was a no brainer)! Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Because I visited on a weekday, there were no issues finding parking in the public shared lot (free) across the street. The building is located right by an alleyway - you can't miss it as the exterior is painted a bright coral pink. I was called in immediately for my appointment. The interior was very open, inviting, and clean. There was a small area to shop for skincare products before or after your appointment. The facial room is not the biggest but it is cozy. The entire experience was pretty relaxing (minus extractions, which are never fun but part of the process - no pain no gain)! Included as part of the facial is also a little massage on the upper body that was amazing. After the session, my skin felt rejuvenated and hydrated after all the love and care. Amazing medspa for facials and treatments! I see Leah for facial and she does a great job at customizing my service for my specific concerns, many of which surround my dry, eczema prone skin. She is very knowledgeable around skin care and various concerns that her clients may have. Bonus - her extractions are super gentle! I also see Kelsey for Botox. I went to Kelsey never having gotten injections before and she was very patient with my questions and did not make me feel pressured at all to move forwards with a procedure.
