The smoke regularly enters the living space, especiallyin the evenings, and has caused repeated discomfort, including burning nasal passages and the need to leave the unit to get fresh air on multiple occassions. A formal complaint was submitted, but the issue has not been resolved in a timely or effective manner. Communication from HOA management has been limited, and no clear timeline or enforcement action has been provided. In a recent written response, HOA management advised me to " explore other options" rather than address the issue. This has been a very frustrating experience. Prospective residents should ask detailed questions about ventilation and how nuisance issues are handled before moving in.

The service here is very bad,…read moreafter they sell the place to you, they do not care about any of your needs, and the only thing they care about is your HOA payment. There is NO office in this complex that you can ask your questions, and discuss your needs. You have to solve all of your problems through the phone and there is a pretty long waiting time for it, since everybody wants to solve their problems through the phone which makes it really hard. The board and the president of this place are very illogical and strict about the rules they make ,and they don't really care about residents when they are making decisions for us. You have to follow a lot of rules here, that makes life harder in comparison with other complexes. You cannot have any pet in the complex , or have any guests with pets for a few hours, no one in the complex can smoke( I don't smoke, but sometimes you have guests that want to smoke, and it can be hard to tell them that they can not smoke anywhere in the complex), you can not have any guests in the pool, which makes the pool pretty much impractical, they close the club house at 9 pm without any exception, which means the club house is also impractical, and lots of other rules that can be very hard to follow, but unfortunately non of the board members care about residents. They set the rules all by themselves and based on their needs, they never asked about other residents needs and opinions when they were setting the rules for them. They are not open to hear about resident's opinions and make subtle changes or exceptions, because probably it is hard for them to change the rules or even make an exception. The HOA charge here is way too high for the service you get. The washer dryer doesn't work well, and they don't spend much money on cleaning the complex, or shoveling the snow during the winter, if you do not have a good car, it can be hard to enter the complex, because they don't shovel the snow well, and sometimes it takes them a while to start shoveling after the snow starts, which can be very dangerous if you have to leave the house in the morning while there is a lot of snow on the floor. I would buy a bigger, and nicer condominium without pool or club house with the money I paid for this one, because the pool and the club house are impractical, not just because of the rules but because gym, pool and the club house are very old and small, that you cannot use them. I DO NOT suggest this condominium.

She really cares about the residents and works very hard to keep the complex running well. The community is very nice and people look out for each other. Also, I loved living in a CENTRALLY located apartment that was super safe and quiet. The complex is surrounded by big beautiful trees and a running stream in the back that I loved listening to from my back window. It's very warm and inviting there with all the nature around. Inside, the apartments are clean, roomy, light filled and comfortable; I loved having a big kitchen counter to do my baking on!! I have lived in several apartment complexes around the city and by far this is the best place!! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!!
