Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

Trisha and her entire team have changed everything about 600 Lofts that was a major negative. They are responsive to emails, they do the best they can to resolve complaints and find solutions to fix problems that arise. Wade is the Maintenance guy and he is always quick and effective when fixing issues and his maintenance team take care of everything and always have a great attitude. Great location and the pricing is perfect for a downtown area. Close to Trax if you're going to the University of Utah, I highly recommend living here. I didn't recommend 600 Lofts but my opinion has changed due to the fantastic current management team!

That tells me that they treat their employees well. Have there been problems. Of course. My daughter's apartment is on the ground floor and during a freak series of storms, she had flooding. The after hours were responsive and sent someone out to vacuum up the water, and they left fans running to dry everything out. They maintain the grounds well. They send out regular emails with fun events. My daughter feels safe. For the most part, it's difficult to get in since there are external doors. Door Dash and Lyft seem to be able to find the place easily. There's always an open guest parking spot near my daughter's apartment. On my wish list is an easier way to get packages. If you get one that's big and heavy and you're in another building, you need to find someone to help you transport it. And sometimes packages get delivered to the other building and get brought back to the correct one a bit later that would be good (kind of important for food delivery). I appreciate that they are regularly updating units and are trying to maintain a safe and friendly place for people.

No. We all have different priorities in terms of living arrangements, but I have found that these apartments align well with mine. If you are looking for an apartment because you enjoy the apartment lifestyle (see more below), you will love these as long as you're okay paying that premium. Pros: -Amenities. They are incredible. You will feel proud to show guests around the building. Heated pool, hot tubs, resident bar lounge (includes a golf simulator, pool table, poker table, and huge screen to watch sports), dog park, nice gym with great views, rooftop basketball courts, a business center with computers and printers, conference rooms, AND an attached grocery store with a deli/coffee bar. -Management. I have been impressed with management, which is so rare these days. I reached out to them about some cleanliness issues when I first moved in and Kristy offered to have a cleaning crew do a full sweep of the apartment at any time during my lease. They really encourage a fun community and they hold regular events for tenants. Recently, they had fresh roses and chocolate truffles set out for tenants to grab for Valentine's. They have food trucks visit every week. There's virtual yoga classes. They have an organized system for receiving packages which has come in clutch during quarantine. They keep a bunch of dollies on hand for tenants to use whenever they get oversized packages. -Maintenance. So far, the maintenance team has been awesome. I've worked mostly with Tom and he has been friendly every time, always making sure that everything looks good to me before leaving. Overall, they have been very responsive to requests and this isn't an apartment where you'll be waiting weeks to get something fixed. -Floorplans. The apartment floorplans have modern finishes with large windows, stainless steel appliances, gas ranges, etc. -Location. The location is awesome- you're a bit removed from the main part of downtown, but still within walking distance. You're also right by the 600 North freeway entrance which is super convenient. -Internet. They are hooked up for Google Fiber which is great- each tenant sets up their own account directly with a Google so you know the 1Gb of internet is all your own (some apartments claim they have 1Gb, but then they split it amongst all of the tenants). Cons: -Rent prices. There's no doubt these are on the higher end of the spectrum, but in my view the prices are justified relative to other apartments out there. -Fees. Thankfully, they don't charge a media package where you're forced to pay for cable that you'll never use. However, their parking fees are higher than average ($75 per spot per month, and this is not included in your rent, so if you need two spots for your two bedroom it'll be $150). There is a silly trash fee of around $30 per month that is mandatory and covers trash valet services, even though there are trash chutes that you can easily walk to yourself. You also pay for common area utilities, so even though you're not paying an explicit fee for amenities each month, you basically are paying for them through this. -Noise. This has been mentioned in other reviews and they are pretty accurate. There doesn't seem to be much insulation in between floors/walls, so you can often hear hallway conversations, your upstairs neighbor's phone ringing, the FrontRunner train horn, etc. That said, I think the vast majority of apartments deal with noise issues of some kind (senior apartments excluded..) so I feel like it just comes with apartment living in general. -Problem Tenants. Sometimes, you'll get a tenant that parties too loudly and everyone on their side of the building can hear them. Sometimes, you'll get tenants who are drunk and yell in the hallways. There are other tenants who are careless about leaving their trash on the floor versus throwing it down the chute. And then there are tenants who, despite management's constant reminders, just don't wear masks in any of the amenities. Nine times out of ten, I pass by someone in the gym or at the pool table who isn't wearing a mask. Usually it's a whole group of friends together. Again, management has signs posted everywhere and they send out email reminders, but there will always be people who don't care to be considerate. Overall, I think most apartments have problem tenants which can be annoying, but so far it seems like management is pretty good about following up and dealing with them whenever possible.

When I went downstairs to just ask what's going on, they were extremely rude. God forbid I'm worried about the fire alarms going off. AC is broken and they gave us a portable ac unit which emits more heat than cool air. When I followed up on it because they set the expectation it would be fixed the following Monday and it's already after 5pm on Monday - again - they were extremely rude. We will not be renewing our lease. This fire alarm issue has to be somewhat illegal right? I also work in customer service so theres not a mean bone in my body, im just so frustrated. We weren't able to visit ahead of our move and Aubrey and her team were so amazing and helpful. She took us on a FaceTime tour of the house and allowed us to complete all of our lease paperwork electronically. Once we arrived she greeted us with a wealth of information to help ease our minds after a long night of travel. Our house is brand new and full of amenities. They are also pet friendly which is very important to us and our fur babies. We are walking distance to several parks, specialty shops, restaurants, groceries, and are right on the beautiful Parley's Trail with easy access to the S Line and all Sugar House has to offer.
