I used to be a tenant at Library Square till I moved to Seattle. Was really impressed with their…read moreprofessional appearance and passion in helping tenants. There are few things that's important to me while choosing my ideal apartment. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

He said the gal will be right with me. The lady in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat there for about 5 minutes and still no help from her. I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I recommend seeing Jordan at the Southpoint location. Very courteous, acknowledged me and helped me right away. Go see Jordan.

I toured every building with a common area and pool in the SLC area. When I walked into hardware and met Jonathan, I knew I was home. I told him that day that they were by far my favorite. I continued to tour and continued to believe that! Jonathan was amazing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he kept me updated. As soon as my ideal choices opened he let me know and was extremely patient as I passed things by due to travel and other personal reasons. When we pulled the trigger, he walked hand in hand with me through the process (it's been a long time since I lived in an apartment) and he made move in so easy! He was patient w me as I forgot how to do certain things or asked dumb questions because I was too busy to read all the incoming information. He made my moving day super convenient and easy. I can not say enough good things about him and hardware is lucky to have him! Hardware itself is an incredible community and the perks are lengthy. They have amazing common areas which make you feel like you are living in a mansion. The people I've met who live there have been nothing short of friendly and welcoming. And the location is over the top with a top coffee shop, restaurants and a full grocery within blocks. I'm so happy in my choice!

The staff lies and tells people they are waiting for a part. I know that is a bold face lie. They don't want to spend the money to fix it. I have a CPO license and have been working as the Director of Engineering for hotels. If that's true, what part for the pool are you waiting for that requires over 4 months to obtain?

With utilities fees internet, you end up paying close to $500 dollars a month on top of the base rent. They sold me a completely different apartment than the one they promised, anything they say DO NOT BELIEVE!! It will quite literally save you thousands. This place is so bad it got my first yelp review.

I…read moremention this because I just got back from visiting my daughter, and Daniela is still there. That tells me that they treat their employees well. Have there been problems. Of course. My daughter's apartment is on the ground floor and during a freak series of storms, she had flooding. The after hours were responsive and sent someone out to vacuum up the water, and they left fans running to dry everything out. They maintain the grounds well. They send out regular emails with fun events. My daughter feels safe. For the most part, it's difficult to get in since there are external doors. Door Dash and Lyft seem to be able to find the place easily. There's always an open guest parking spot near my daughter's apartment. On my wish list is an easier way to get packages. If you get one that's big and heavy and you're in another building, you need to find someone to help you transport it. And sometimes packages get delivered to the other building and get brought back to the correct one a bit later that would be good (kind of important for food delivery). I appreciate that they are regularly updating units and are trying to maintain a safe and friendly place for people.

Since I couldn't be there in person, she did a virtual tour. When I showed up after hours with four massive suitcases, Brooklyn was actually there to help me check in and helped haul all my bags to the apartment. Brooklyn stayed my main point of contact through the application/transition process. In addition, she even made sure maintenance handled a few small things after I moved in.

Resident for approximately three years. During the past year, I experienced continuous excessive…read morenoise originating from the unit above mine that would rattle the dishes and light fixtures in my apartment. There was constant stomping, running, and dragging of furniture from as early as 6am until as late as 2am. These disturbances were recorded on multiple occasions, and the severity was significant enough to interfere with sleep and daily living. Despite reporting the issue to management several times in person and attempting to show video evidence (being told they "don't need to watch the videos"), no formal documentation was made and no follow-up action was taken. After speaking directly with the property manager, Brooke, multiple times, I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done. To this day, the excessive noise continues. This lack of response may constitute a failure to meet the obligations outlined in the Utah Fit Premises Act, which requires landlords to maintain the residential rental unit in a condition fit for human habitation and address conditions that materially affect health or safety. Under Utah Code § 57-22-5(2)(b), a renter has the right to the "peaceful enjoyment of the residential rental unit." The persistent, excessive noise clearly interfered with that right. By failing to take reasonable corrective action after repeated complaints, management neglected their duty to provide a safe and habitable living environment. The ongoing noise has negatively impacted my physical and mental well-being. When I asked about escalating the issue or the possibility of early lease termination (only two months early), management denied the request. This was especially disappointing given my long residency, consistent on-time payments, and minimal need for assistance throughout my tenancy. This experience reflects a broader lack of documentation, accountability, and adherence to both policy obligations and state law by management. To any prospective residents reading this: take this as a clear warning. If you experience ongoing disturbances or issues, do not expect management to take meaningful action. ***EDIT (in response to management's response): The reason the last noise complaint in their records shows as December is because subsequent complaints were not documented, despite being reported in person. This is the exact issue referenced in my review: lack of documentation and follow-up. Video evidence was offered when met in person and dismissed. No incident report was filed and no corrective action was taken. Referencing my girlfriend's job has no relevance to the habitability concerns raised in this review. It is merely a deflection that avoids addressing the documented issues and the office's failure to follow basic property-management procedures.
