There are few things that's important to me while choosing my ideal apartment. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

He said the gal will be right with me. The lady in the office was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I sat there for about 5 minutes and still no help from her. I was listening in on her phone call and it was all personal. Nothing about business. So I left. The maintenance man asked what is wrong and tried to get me back in. I told him it seemed like her personal call was more important than leasing an apartment to me. I won't recommend this place. I went out of my way and wasted my time to be ignored. I recommend seeing Jordan at the Southpoint location. Very courteous, acknowledged me and helped me right away. Go see Jordan.

It has been 45 days since she moved out, and still no refund. Their extra charges, in addition to the rent, are excessive. I would not recommend this place based on their lack of attentiveness and unwillingness to return your money once they have it. These are bad business practices.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS DUMP! You will regret it. THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. The Charli is a DANGER,…read moregas leaks, loud partying neighbors, aggressive dog breeds, RANK sewer and trash smells. There so much wrong about the building and management and how lazy they run this joint. Let's start with the bait and switch practices. You're told rent is $xx.xx amount but will find they tack 400 to $500 more a month when you get your first rent statement. They tell you you get a concession but your bill is so absolutely confusing to the point that you just pay it so you don't have to deal with it anymore. Let's talk about the glacier pace they move at once they screw you out of your money... it takes days, nearly a full week to get things fixed. This place leaks every time it rains. Bust out the towels and prepare for a stress nightmare any time there's rain. Up at 3am sopping up water. Report it to management and you get a guy out a WHOPPING WHOLE WEEK later that says they can't find the leak. They pretend to do something and sure enough, when it rains again, your apartment and your stuff gets flooded out. Great work guys. Let's talk about the trash fees. They have garbage pick up Monday thru Friday, or so they say. You pay a fee for this every month. It takes them 4 days to pick up trash. So all your neighbors put out smelly trash in the hall ways and since they say they pick up once a day but really pick up once a week, the whole complex smells like garbage and you get to look at your neighbors rotting trash, CONSTANTLY. Your utility bills go to them first so they can re bill you and add a bunch of BS fees. Some of us have had gas leaks that resulted in having to call paramedics after reporting a gas smell and management doing nothing about it. No breed restrictions. Seen some aggressive pit bulls, there's no gym or amenities, like, what are we paying $2K+ for? Nightmare. Your lease here will be a prison sentence of anxiety. DO NOT RENT HERE!

I toured every building with a common area and pool in the SLC area. When I walked into hardware and met Jonathan, I knew I was home. I told him that day that they were by far my favorite. I continued to tour and continued to believe that! Jonathan was amazing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and he kept me updated. As soon as my ideal choices opened he let me know and was extremely patient as I passed things by due to travel and other personal reasons. When we pulled the trigger, he walked hand in hand with me through the process (it's been a long time since I lived in an apartment) and he made move in so easy! He was patient w me as I forgot how to do certain things or asked dumb questions because I was too busy to read all the incoming information. He made my moving day super convenient and easy. I can not say enough good things about him and hardware is lucky to have him! Hardware itself is an incredible community and the perks are lengthy. They have amazing common areas which make you feel like you are living in a mansion. The people I've met who live there have been nothing short of friendly and welcoming. And the location is over the top with a top coffee shop, restaurants and a full grocery within blocks. I'm so happy in my choice!

I've lived at Post District and have had an unresolved issue for over a year and a half that…read moremanagement has failed to properly address. My unit does not have a functioning washer and dryer. Despite multiple repair attempts, the machine has never worked as it should. I have personally gone to the leasing office more than 10 times asking for a real solution. Instead of receiving help, I've been told that I "don't know how to do laundry" -- despite doing my own laundry since I was 13. This is not user error, it's a failure to resolve an ongoing maintenance issue. Cade and Iggy at the leasing office have heard my complaints repeatedly, as the new manager Michelle is apparently always too busy to address the situation. I've been promised return calls multiple times that never came, and there has been no meaningful follow-through. Most recently under Michelle's management, I was presented with what was described to me as "$100 to cover dinner for the inconvenience." It was framed casually, but was actually a "settlement agreement." If Post District reviews their own security footage, they will clearly hear me ask multiple times before signing whether this meant I was agreeing that the issue was resolved. I specifically stated that I was not signing anything that meant the problem was fixed, and was assured that was not the case. That same document is now being referenced by Michelle in email threads as leverage to avoid providing a real solution. The only "solutions" I have been offered are either continuing to live with a machine that takes over 8 hours to dry clothes, or paying out of my own pocket to have the appliance removed and a new one installed. Asking a resident to fund a basic appliance replacement in a unit they already pay rent for is unreasonable. On top of that, after my one year lease ended, I informed the office that I wanted to renew for another 9 months. Because I never received a new agreement via email, I assumed the lease had been updated. Instead, I later discovered I had been charged month to month rates for three months with no warning while my account was on autopay. This lack of communication and transparency was extremely frustrating. It's disappointing because things seemed to operate differently before the previous manager Tiffany left. Since Michelle took over, the handling of this situation has become significantly worse. Corporate should seriously look into how management practices at Post District have changed. If you are paying this level of rent, having a working washer and dryer should be the bare minimum. If having an apartment team that genuinely cares about your living conditions and well being matters to you, I suggest looking elsewhere. Don't be deceived by the appearance of amenities like the pool. Responsive management and basic functionality matter far more.
