The inside is so cute, cozy and just the perfect vibe for a girls brunch, a date, or anything really. We came on Father's Day because my husband is all about the fun vibes hehe. I did the tea service for 1 and he ordered himself an item from their brunch menu. The tea service is 60$ per person. It comes with 3 different kinds of sandwiches (chicken, cucumber and I opted for a steak sandwich), chocolate chip scone, jalapeño cheddar biscuits and a few pastries. You also get to pick 3 different teas and they bring it out to you in courses. The options for the teas were endless, and the 3 we got were delicious!! Wow it was all so phenomenal! My husband got the eggs Benedict and said it was probably the best Benedict he has had. The service was great- we don't eat pork so the waiter was amazing and subbed bacon out for me and replaced it with steak. I loved the aesthetic of this place, and I definitely will be returning with friends! Check out my TikTok video on this place to see the vibes hehe :) @aishah_malik1

There was plenty of spots and even some in the shade. Spaces were ample and if you have to walk because you can't park directly in front of the business it's super close. Service was excellent and fast. I got the peach tea and it was brewed perfectly and stayed warm in the pot and didn't get all bitter after sitting there for a while so I was able to finish most of the pot. Food was tasty. At first you think it might not be enough but then it ends up either being just right or too much and if too much is the case then you can get a to go box. Ambiance was calming and stylish but comfortable at the same time. Music was appropriate and it was just a nice place to be. It's all about face to face conversations although I was there by myself so I was catching up on emails but it was peaceful because I have a toddler at home. It was great reprieve from the every day world and life. Can't wait to come back with friends!

When it was time we got a call to come back and was seated and hosted by , she was sweet. Ordered off the main menu and got a peach tea, which was delicious by itself but I like my teas a little sweet so we got some sugar and honey as sweeteners. We also got the fairy water for the baby girl. (She loves it) The grilled cheese and soup is so tasty and comes out hot which is also good for a soup. The portions (Caprese sandwich and mushroom sandwich) were so filling but we ate it all, even the accompanying salads. We chatted and laughed and had a great afternoon tea in this quaint little restaurant.

All the paintings along the walls are Sobella's work. I would describe her space as cozy, relaxed, and inviting with Parisian music playing in the background. Sobella had us try out her Sri Lankan tea, which I would say was quite pleasant on its own and reminded me of Ceylon tea; it also paired well with cream and sugar. Then, she came out with our afternoon tea treats, which came in three tiers: savory sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and lemon cake with macarons. For the most part, all of the food was flavorful; the only constructive feedback I did have was that the bread, scones, and cake were a bit dry. Thankfully, the sandwich fillings, clotted cream and jam, cooked apple pieces, and cooked lemon peels added that much needed moisture. For each tier of treats, I do have specific commentary on them: Bottom tier: All of the sandwiches were flavorful. The first sandwich was a smoked salmon sandwich, which had a thin layer of cream cheese, smoked salmon, and arugula. Within the cream cheese itself were specks of freshly chopped dill throughout. The overall sandwich was fantastic. Next, we had a cucumber sandwich, which also had that dill infused cream cheese with crisp thinly sliced cucumbers. It was so refreshing. The third sandwich was a chicken salad sandwich, which had freshly diced apples and celery that added such a great crunch. The apples did add a bit of sweetness, but it wasn't overpowering. This too was a refreshing sandwich. Middle tier: The scones were imbedded with warm fall spices and small cooked apple pieces. Delicious! Now, we did have to add their fresh clotted cream and fragrant strawberry jam to add more moisture to the scone. Top tier: The lemon cake was brimming with lemon flavor and was studded with cooked lemon peel bits. It was a bit dry, though. Nothing that a sip of their tea won't fix. Their pistachio macaron was kind of dense and not as airy as I'm used to; but, the pistachio cream and pistachio pieces throughout more than made up for this. Yummy! In summary, this spot was a wonderful place for afternoon tea. The price was very reasonable as well at $40 per person. We look forward to coming here again with friends. Sobella also holds painting classes, so there's something else to do here. Come and check out this spot if you're looking for a relaxing afternoon tea spot.

Thought I was getting a different quiche, but didn't want to make a fuss at the wedding shower party and send it back, so I ate what was served to me. Others in the party got sandwiches and salads. I did enjoy the broccoli salad and the green salad that came with my quiche. The atmosphere is like a tea party. And don't forget to get a dessert. They all look wonderful. I got the Italian cream cake for my husband and I got the chocolate cake for me, both to go. The cakes were slightly dry, but I think if u nuke them for 20 sec they would be better. Admittedly, tea tasting wasn't something I would have sought out on my own, but the experience was a revelation; it allowed me to discover a newfound appreciation for the complexity of different flavors. Beyond the tasting, there was something special about the atmosphere, dressing up, singing along to the music, and soaking in the local history of the city. It was the perfect blend of sophisticated and spirited fun. I cannot recommend this experience enough for a Galentine's outing or any meaningful gathering with friends.

DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS!!!! It is a scam with false…read moreadvertising. I usually do not give bad reviews because I believe every business has a chance for improvement but I was really hoping all the bad reviews I saw after I and my sisters booked this bus tour was untrue. Unfortunately there was no lies told as we also had our own fair share of experience which completely ruined my birthday experience, left a sour taste in my mouth and had me screaming NEVER AGAIN!!!!This experience caused me extreme sadness especially with our waitress Nathalie being overly rude. I can't believe they hire someone like that to work in their organization. Anyways it is a poorly managed company because, First of all we booked the 2:30 Luxe package for March 15 2026. This was part of my birthday weekend celebration. Please do not waste your time. Even if you insist on going don't waste your money on the Luxe package. It is a marketing scam. We got a text that morning that the take off time was rescheduled to 3pm. Anyways we arrived on time. And note that there is nothing like priority boarding. Everyone just gets in. Secondly the customized tumblers were not available neither were there take out plates as promised. There were only cheap styrofoam cups. When we asked our server Nathalie about the tumbler she was Extremely Rude to us. First she tried to offer us mocktails as compensation and we told her the mocktails are already included in the Luxe package. That is when she then proceeded to raise her voice at us. She basically told us that "she does not own the business, and we should not argue with her (which we did not at all), and we should decide if we want tea or not, answer her yes or no and she does not have time for this". We could not believe our ears we just stared at her. Of course we could not accept anything from her after that, who would? However the second waitress Imani was very professionally and polite. Even with the air conditioning in the bus not working right she was sweating and still making sure everybody was doing ok. She apologized for her colleagues behavior. Now, there was suppose to be some entertainment and a tour experience with narration. Yeah, there was nothing like that. No music, No singing. This was just a hot uncomfortable bus ride filled with rude staff, disappointment and false advertising. I will not recommend even to my enemy. Please note that there are other fun things to do in houston with $214.34. Plus we paid $30 for parking per car. Also we were suppose to get a 3 tier sandwich tray we only got 2. This was a total disaster. I need my refund from this terrible experience. Please read all the reviews before deciding. The good reviews are from a long time ago or those people are paid to write good reviews. Because every review from 2026 is as is. They need to do better or shut down this business.
