The pork Shish Kabab was delicious and delicate! Chunky Juicy tender loin pork cuts were skewered, breaded and pan fried to golden brown. The meat was super tender, full of herb-y aroma. Near the casher, there was a sampling dish for sourdough bread. They told me it is freshly baked by a local, independent baker. It was delicious, the best sour bread that I have had in Durham region so far. I did not buy it this time as I still have sour bread at home, but I will definitely purchase next time. They have many locally-made selected food items on the shelves. From today's experience made me want to check their cold cuts next time.
