BAD BUSINESS. BAD ATTITUDE…read more So I bought a SPRAY tan package at the Tanning Studio. I received a text to come in for a FREE TAN. When I went in they told me it was for the use of a tanning bed not a spray tan. I was offered a BOGO. I left without tanning. I sent an email to them that as a melanoma survivor I would not consider a tanning bed and suggest they specify the type of FREE TAN they were offering. Here is the response I got from the "owner" no less.....gotta love great customer service! Hi Jamie The text is quite clear. If I was offering a free spray tan, we would say FREE SPRAY TAN. We are a tanning salon, 90% of my customers tan in tanning beds. And that 90% would be emailing me saying hey I thought I got to tan in a tanning bed, when I got there they offered me a free spray. I don't spray tan. Everything in life in Moderation, if I too would be biased if I had Melanoma. We all have crisis in life. Our family has had cancer survivors and the need for organ transplants to live. We will gladly send you a coupon for a BOGO Spray Tan! This is the worst tanning studio I have been to. I took my daughter here for a spray tan before…read moreprom. We had a buy 1 spray tan get 1 free coupon that we used at the time. We were told that they would keep the other one on file so we could use it later. I brought my daughter back for the other tan before homecoming and was told she already used the second one. My daughter is only 15 so she does not drive and we live 45 miles away so there is no way she could have used it. The owner was rude and called me a liar and said I was trying to steel services. He said he would check the videos to prove we came back the second time. I told him to go check them and when he sees I was not there I will expect an apology. He said it would take two days. He threatened to call the cops if I did not leave without the service I paid for.

So…read moreI went there and showed the guy the picture of the bangs I wanted and they were side swept and really dramatic. He literally took a chunk of my hair and snipped it and said I was done. It looked like I did it myself. Like really? Did you even go to cosmetology school? Good thing it costed only $5 because that's what it looked like. Not only that, but my brother's fiance was to get her hair done this past weekend by someone there and they either forgot about her or ditched her causing her to run around town trying to find a salon to get her hair done in time. And she's 7 months pregnant. You can imagine the anger she was feeling. What a horrible business.
