I would've done zero stars but I can't…read more On March 15th, my friends and I came in search of dresses for our senior prom. The energy my friends and I had to endure while shopping here was unacceptable and inappropriate. When shopping you want fun and uplifting environment which the staff did not bring. There are no signs, directions were unclear, and they got upset with my group when weren't sure of what to do. When two of my girls were trying on dresses and they needed help their fitting room attendants were no where to be found and since we couldn't help them get into the dresses we had to search around the building for them to which the staff responded with "please sit down" all while yelling it across the building. This entire experience was unpleasant and frustrating rather than enjoyable. Furthermore, one of my friends had been looking online and was informed that they "rarely update their website" so she couldn't even try any of them on. Very disappointed in this experience and based on the prices it wasn't worth our time. You pay so much but get such poor service.

From the moment I mentioned that I had liked a dress at another store, the consultant made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She became flustered when I didn't like certain dresses she pulled, and at one point even said, "There are 3,000 dresses here and you are not leaving without a dress." And "If you liked the other dress so much, why would you come here?" I tried to explain that I simply wanted to explore different styles before making a decision, but she pointed at me and aggressively told me I was wrong. She said I did know what I liked and that if that was truly my dress then I wouldnt have left. I felt like i was being scolded and judged. She then attempted to find an identical dress to the one I'd seen elsewhere just so I would buy it from their store. At that point, both myself and my entire party felt so uncomfortable that we didn't even feel safe voicing opinions. We ended the appointment early, and instead of thanking us, she grabbed the dresses and walked away, leaving us to do what felt like a "walk of shame" out of the building. I ended up returning to Fantastics Finds to buy my wedding dress. They clearly have some sort of sales quota they have to meet and do not care about the brides experience and finding a dress they truly love. Side note, the consultant also did not ask me my budget and was pulling dresses way above my budget that i had submitted online. Wedding dress shopping should be an exciting and supportive experience. Instead, this was condescending, rude, and unnecessarily stressful. I was truly appalled by the experience I will definitely never recommend Becker's to any future bride.

However, Mike, the owner has offered me continuous service. This kind of service tells me that Mike treasures his customers. He has fine tuned the tux I purchased so that I can perform better. He has shown knowledge of what a musician needs for performances. Mike demonstrates a high level of appreciation and service for his customers. Mike is a man that exceeds my expectations on most, if not every level. If you have any business with fine clothing for men, then I highly recommend doing your business at this establishment. This place seems like a hybrid of both. Prices seem to be right around the Goodwill range or even less (and like Goodwill, they were offering 50% off of certain colored tags). I hope you've got Macklemore playing in your head because I know I do. I got the velcros ... Anyway, decent variety of older games and toys, lots of kids clothing in a wide range of sizes, even some maternity bras and clothing for mothers, and a huge rack for shoes in the back. As is off in the case, there were three times as many girls shoes as boys. The spot is definitely way off the beaten path -- tucked in the very back corner of a strip mall at the corner of Gulll and Sprinkle roads (if you've found Main Street Pub you've got the right building -- it's around the back).
