We were greeted when we walked in and were given the run-down of the dress selection (reorderables, off the rack, etc.). There were plenty of dresses to try on and I found my dress within the first three! SL Bridal even made it so that even though the appointment slot was only an hour, I didn't need to feel rushed. She was there to assist me with clips and zips. My dress was half the price of the ones I had tried on previously and thought I had liked, but ended up went with something entirely different! They were knowledgeable and friendly. We even happened to find my MOH's dress there (only party member on my side) and they were able to give it to us for a discount since she fit in the dress as soon as she put it on and wore it beautifully, even down to the color to match! However, when my son needed a suit for prom and graduation, I wanted to get him something new that could last him a while. However, I have no experience buying suits I have absolutely no idea how to measure one for a suit. Fortunately, Woodland tailoring was recommended to me. We went on a Saturday in April. The place was packed with prom and wedding parties. I was a little dismayed initially, because there were only two gentlemen working and about 30 people in the store. I prepared myself for a wait. Much to my surprise and amazement, the gentleman worked through the line almost magically. After about 10 minutes, it was our turn and it only took a look for him to pull a suit off the rack for my son to try on. No measuring needed he just knew exactly what he needed with a look. That's how you know you are with people who know their stuff! It needed some minor alterations which they do in-house same day!. 30 minutes later, our suit was ready. He threw in a vest and we got a shirt and we were out the door for $210, honestly, that was one of the easiest things we did that day. If you need men's formalwear for any occasion I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic experience!

ALL THE STARS! (Shopped on 1/15/22) I walked in a very…read morenervous and apprehensive shopper - my first bridal dress experience had me overwhelmed and almost in tears in the dressing room. Stephanie and Jessie walked the perfect balance of offering help and suggestions while giving me plenty of space and time to peruse dresses and try them on. I felt so at ease, no pressure, no stress - they said I could take as much time as I wanted. My mom, sister, and niece all went, and they even were totally fine with my niece trying on dresses . We made memories to last a lifetime... oh, and walked out with the most perfect dress. On a practical note, their selection was incredible - a wide variety for brides of every size. As the mother of the bride I wanted my daughter to be treated like a princess throughout the entire…read moreprocess! The first visit my daughter tried on multiple dresses and she decided on a couple. The 2nd visit she finalized her decision where she was measured for her dress to be ordered. The measurements of my daughter would dictate the size to be ordered. Unfortunately I was unable to attend and upon returning to pick up her dress she was unable to zip up due to 'gaining .5 inches' and according to the salon a manufacturer defect on the zipper. The stylist continued to force the zipper which caused the dress to be stuck on my daughter before the stylist cut the zipper off to remove the dress. The final visit was to pick up the dress after the zipper was fixed where she was told she had gained 1.5 inches (over a month's time frame). The staff was not helpful and not willing to accept a mistake was made and work something out. The end result is this has become 'my daughter's problem' according to the owner of the salon. I would not recommend anyone to this salon for any type of dress due to the lack of professionalism.
