There's the visitor center at Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market with lots of restaurants a bit further away, Sam Adams Tap Restaurant right there. Tour groups start here. Street artists - the downside, I usually love them and support them, but here they were rude and bullying tourists, so not a fan. Lots to do in this area! You can spend easily a few hours here. Part of the Freedom Trail also! Great for a beer break as well!

It's a perfect stop to grab delicious foods and sweet treats , listening to live music or grabbing souvenirs . Service depending on which vendor you stop at was a 50/50. Some super friendly and some super rude. Value is average but I think some of the food places were over priced and food under value with no flavor . I do love the cobble stone streets and other vendors surrounding the hall.

All employees at almost every store are glued to their phone and not present at all to customers. You don't make money that way. Even the joke of security guards are glued to their phones outside Gucci. What a joke. In unpredictable and trying times like these, inflation isn't going anywhere and high end stores need to actually try. It was never this catered to the 1%. You could actually go to a restaurant or store and not feel like you've been robbed and facing a debt to pay off for a year. Management can waste their breath saying that Copley was simply updated to keep up with trends. Well, you failed. There's no heart, hardly any selection, all classic architectural which features attracted people from all over the world - destroyed where you do not know where you are. What once was a place of wonderment, excitement and to spark your Christmas Spirit, is now simply a drain of disappointment as you go home with a sigh. Management - you don't have to bother responding. You obviously made decisions to destroy the good made by top notch engineers. It's too late. Sad.

Once she found help for us, I asked if I could try a couple on too. I was told by the sales associate that only one person at a time can be helped. Fine. I waited for another 10 minutes for the other client to choose which glasses she would buy. The sales associate then told me she had to go help them at the register and needed to find the cases for the glasses too. Another 15 minutes went by. At that point I just left. They're clearly not interested in making a sale. Such a shame because before this lock up situation, I used to buy all my glasses from this location. Looks like I'll need to find another store.

It was so nice to spend time in our son's friends studio and see how the artist created his works, displayed them and greeted all of the visitors. Each studio was unique and impressive. This visit was 10/3, but I am eager to return again in the early spring to explore further. I will say, while most artists and shop people were friendly, a few were a bit standoffish. Maybe it is exhausting hosting so many people who are flowing through all day & evening. I loved the whole concept !
