From first to last visit, I only have the best things to say about her practice! All staff is very kind and helpful. Upon my first visit, she gave me my options and told me to think about what is best for me. At the front desk, one of her staff gave me a printout of all the costs for every scenario, with complete breakdown of all costs plus what insurance covers. No hidden fees, they are very upfront about pricing. I explained that I don't have that kind of money right away, and we decided to do my proceedures in multiple visits, so it ended up being like a mini payment plan. There is complimentary coffee, water, and cookies while you wait. All of the exam rooms have televisions with remotes to keep you occupied. The oral hygienist is excellent and gentle.
