I overheard the front desk attendant try to heavily sell additional products to the guest, which was a bit over the top for my taste, but the attendant did apologize for the wait after finishing with the other guest. I had done my research and noticed several coupons on the PBT website were available, including one for a free spray tan or week of tanning, with no fine print at the bottom. I brought this coupon with me and mentioned it when I checked in. The staff member at the front desk immediately told me it couldn't be used unless I had a referral form from a current client. While I was referred by a friend, I was leaving the next day for my trip, and there was no way this was to be completed. Instead, I ended up having to pay full price for my spray tan. This to me felt like a bait and switch technique, and was extremely frustrating, especially as it was my first time visiting this business. The spray tan itself turned out great, which is the sole reason I haven't taken off more stars. The Versa booth was easy to use, and the tan dries quickly. Please adjust your marketing techniques and coupons to accurately reflect the available offers, as opposed to using shoddy techniques that are both confusing and inaccurate. I'm not sure I'll be be back to this business after experiencing this issue, but was pleased with the actual spray tan, just not the shady business practices.

My search quickly led me to Radiance Therapy Tanning. I walked in and was immediately impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of Radiance. The booth was neatly stocked with towels, wipes and lotion - all the things you need to prepare for your spray tan and clean up afterwards. Even though the spray tan takes a few hours to develop, I noticed immediate color. Hallelujah and Spring, here I come! Before I left, Kim reviewed my after-care. I have had a number of spray tans over the years and Radiance is by far the nicest salon I've ever visited. I highly recommend!
