As I was looking for fabrics/panels/patterns that were unique to the area, and that I knew I could not get from home, I was looking at their selection of outdoor/wildlife panels. When the staff realized I was overwhelmed by the rows and rows of fabric choices, they brought out their "panel book" which had pictures of all their stock. organized by category- such a great idea! As I wandered through the store, picking up things along the way, the staff made sure to bring my choices back to a "waiting area" table with a "Still Shopping" sign on top so I did not have to carry everything with me and there was no rush or pressure to finish my shopping. I truly appreciated this! I noticed there was a large room in the back that was set up for classes, which I am sure are very popular. With so many craft & fabric stores going out of business or selling out to big-box stores where you lose the customer service, it was so nice to visit a store that still understands what their customers want!

I emailed the owner and asked for a refund for the bag 13 days after purchase. Here is her response: - the bag is stitched with one continuous leather lace. Your pictures should a clean cut to the lace. It was not cut when you purchased it. Given that you don't want a replacement- I have to assume it was cut intentionally. Thus, I am not able to return or replace the bag. Out return policy is within 7 days and item must be in new condition with tags attached. She has accused me of cutting the bag. Unreal.
