I can no longer schedule online or on phone with my regular stylist - whatever internal process issues the have. They expect me to try my luck with a walk in or call every morning to check for same day availability - at $1300+ membership this is pathetic to say the least. Since this is impractical, I asked to instead just cancel my membership and provide a pro-rated refund but they chose to instead "cancel" and keep the end date as the same as original - which isn't actually a cancellation at all - it's just a hogwash. The branch manager says it's corporate policy and points to contractual clauses - within the first 60 seconds of a conversation. Great going! Best way to lose loyal clients.

She only offers my bf a drink but nothing to me goes back to her computer and he asks about another drink for me, she seems very annoyed. I wait for her to finish with other people and make phone calls and help other people that's fine I get that I'm not the only person in the world. After my bf gets in the chair she looks at me and asks if he wants another beer and I said no thank you I would like a vodka cranberry, she rolls her eyes and huffs. I get my drink and realize he finished his beer, I ask if she needs the coozie back and she said yeah if you don't want it (I didn't know I could take it). I take his trash and throw it away, I thank her for my drink and walk away. I'm irritated bc I don't treat people like that no matter how bad my day is. I'm irritated bc she didn't need to have the attitude at all. This is after the appointment was delayed due to the original stylist being sick, we weren't upset at all bc both of us understand that but to not even apologize plus acting like we (specifically I) was an inconvenience was just a lot. This in no way reflects on the stylists and other people who have helped us here. Just this one particular person who I'm assuming is a member of management.
