She kept everything and everybody on track, and there wasn't even the slightest hiccup of any kind throughout the entire day. Our parents initially weren't entirely on board with the idea of a day-of coordinator, but relented after the day went so smoothly. 4.5/5: My girlfriend & I went here for my birthday week…read more Exterior: We loved the look of the hotel from the outside and parking was easy. During the day it was beautiful and at night the trees were all lit up which felt magical. We liked the area where people get married as well. Inside front desk area: Gorgeous and perfect for pictures we absolutely loved the way it was decorated and the sheer size of the main room. There is plenty of seating. We received our room key right away and the key return was simple too. The Room: The large size of the room, the feel of the bed, the furniture, the draw space, the small but empty fridge kept our drinks cold, and the lighting was nice. Our room was conveniently placed on the first floor near the front desk and near our car. BATHROOM: It was large, had an extra towel, and nice bathroom products. The shower was good and fit 2 comfortably and it had a large bath but the stopper was not working so we did not try it again as it made more sense to try the pool to relax. (We are young but I think older people may have trouble getting in and out). POOL: The pool was INDOOR and well lit, warm, and we had no other guests there the 2 times we went. They had plenty of towels, places to sit/relax, and a bathroom at the pool too. (Note: No food or drink is allowed in the pool). STAFF: The hotel staff and front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. They gave us an extra tissue box on request. They made it easy to book an extra night too. Restaurant on premise: We saw they had a restaurant and went only for drinks at the end of the night. It is not open that late so check the hours. Next time we come we will try the food. Shops: In walking distance is a small shopping center with a wine store, cheese store, candy store, a carousel, a restaurant, a pizza shop, and several others that were lit up at night and pleasant to walk through. It had decorations for Christmas. It was a bit cold, so I can see spring/summer being a better time to visit. They do not have everything and are geared to weddings so you may still want to venture out. (Also it felt odd they did not have a hairstylist/makeup artist shop, or photographer studio as one of the shops since there are so many weddings here). Keep in mind these are separate establishments. Protip: check the hours for the carousel before going. Negatives: -0.5 There is NO microwave in the room, only 1 shared microwave at the front desk where they serve complimentary coffee/tea and sell affordable snacks/perishables. (This was still much better than expensive minibar/minifridges in the room like in other hotels). We never had to wait for the microwave but reheating and carrying it back to the room and opening the heavy door was a little rough sometimes. I could see this being tedious to older guests. SMART TV: It is a nice size smart tv but you have to sign into your apps on the tv and actively remember to sign out or the next guest will have access to your netflix, hulu, etc. (several guests forgot to do so) The hbomax app was not immediately available and required a download code from the hotel and I did not want to do all of that at 1am so we skipped it and watched something else. Hoping the hotel staff will download ALL the possible apps ahead of time so guests do not have this issue in the future. Weddings/events: This felt like a perfect spot that was affordable and luxurious in terms of hotel. I did not attend an event here but saw they finished an event with many people the night we arrived and were prepping for a wedding the day we were leaving. Everyone seemed happy. Spa: The spa seems like a fun feature but the price is too much for us (it is even more than the hotel night stay) but it might be worth splurging if it was a honeymoon. Gym: The gym near the pool was not accessible. There was a separately owner gym/fitness center that charged a small fee. (We did not go and enjoyed swimming as exercise instead). 4.5/5: Of all the hotels we visited in 2025, this was the BEST experience and affordable. It was worth our 1.5 hr drive making the NY staycation (my birthday week) a real vacation. We hope to go once a year every year and will even considered it for our future wedding if they have affordable pricing and maintain the quality.

Since everything needed…read moreto be brought in, there were a lot of moving pieces, but their team made the entire process feel easy. They handled all communication with the tent and rental company and gave us honest, thoughtful recommendations on everything from the tablescapes to the alcohol. We truly trusted Lenny, Allison, and the entire team throughout the planning process and never felt like we were being upselled, which we really appreciated. They were very transparent about pricing, and we felt their prices were fair for the quality of the food and level of service they provided. They are really more than just a catering company - they helped us plan and coordinate every aspect of the day. We walked through the timeline for dinner, dances, speeches, etc, and when the day came, Lenny was on-site overseeing it all and making sure the vendors (DJ, photographer, etc,.) were all on the same page. This eliminated so much stress since we did not have our wedding at a traditional venue - we even had to bring in bathrooms! Allison also helped us visualize our layout and table spacing which was so helpful when you're working from scratch. She also helped us sort out some last-minute issues with our tent when our anticipated guest count jumped from 125 to 150. The food was amazing! And plentiful. I'm still thinking about our sushi bar! Our tasting with Lenny was also such an enjoyable part of the planning process. Passed apps were so creative and I loved having so many options to choose from. And as an East End local it meant a lot to me to incorporate locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients, so I loved that Lenny took such care in crafting his menus. My husband and I also had a staff member, Bella, attending just to us. Everybody warns you how hard it is to eat on your wedding day but Bella made sure we had plates of appetizers waiting for us after cocktail hour - she was amazing! We spent 11 months planning our wedding, and I owe it to Moriches Catering for making the planning experience as stress free as possible. Their attention to detail was spectacular and they were always available for a call to discuss any questions. If there were any hiccups on our wedding day, I was completely unaware of them, which is exactly what you want as a bride. From what I heard is that it is also newly renovated. It was a nice, open and airy catering hall. We waited on line for a short period of time before being seated for the Disney Princess Brunch we previously purchased tickets for. Part of our ticket included one brunch item of their menu. On the Brunch menu there was a panini, a salad, Eggs Benedict and Chicken and Waffles. I chose the panini which was grilled chicken with honey mustard. Children under 3 were free and all children were to eat from the buffet which included chicken fingers, waffles, and French fries. All the food was tasty and was of decent quality. While the fed the children quickly, which is much appreciated, our food came out at the very end of the program. I needed to leave early because the baby needed a nap asap. You Nailed it. Hahaah thanks for making my evening stress free. The cake was phenomenal, beautifully decorated and tasted amazing. The ice cream station I added on was a hit with the kids. Perfect amount of toppings and the ice cream was good. I'd suggest this add on to all. The food was amazing as well and I'm a picky Ala Vodka guy, this was up there with mom's cooking. The grilled steak was perfectly marinated and t asty. I tried the Alison chicken as one of my mains and it was delicious as well. I was pleased to have made that choice. I chose the stuffed fillet of sole as my fish choice. I'm not a seafood eater due to allergy. But my family went up for seconds. Also I wanted to review the salad. I chose the Greek salad, something many people enjoy but it's one of the sides I pick apart and only eat what I like. The way the salad was prepared was unique. It was separated in a way you can grab the greens and whatever add ons you want and leave what you don't off the plate. Small things like that add up to me. I thank you all at BCC for being a professional establishment while being exceptional people to be around. I wish you the best success. I'll see you for my next event. Thanks.

Beautiful Venue and Great Food, but Management Prioritizes Corporate Revenue Over Contracted…read moreTimelines Our wedding at Bellport Country Club was a mix of a beautiful celebration and incredibly disappointing management logistics. The Positives: On the day of, the food was absolutely fantastic, the cocktail hour food was delicious, and the floor staff and bridal attendants worked tirelessly to take care of us. Management was responsive during the planning process, let us drop off our decor a day early, and the venue grounds are physically stunning. The Realities Future Saturday Couples Must Know: While our day was beautiful, working with upper management revealed a frustrating pattern of empty promises, restricted spaces, and logistical failures: * The Saturday Premium Trap & Timeline Shortage: Saturday evening weddings require the highest financial premiums and guest minimum numbers, yet you receive the least amount of venue access if they book a prior event. Despite locking in our evening ceiling lighting layout a year in advance, management booked a high-volume morning party right before our slot. They promised us in writing that our florist would have a cleared room at 5:00 PM. Instead, the morning party ran late, obstructing our setup, delaying our food service, and resulting in a 12.5% loss of our contracted evening reception window while permanently rushing our portraits * Cramped Spaces & Limited Photo Access: Despite marketing their beautiful property, you are highly restricted on space. We were not actually allowed to use the golf course for our photos; there is essentially only one specific spot near the property you can utilize. Additionally, the indoor cocktail hour space was incredibly tight and uncomfortable for our 225-person guest count. * The Operational Double Standard: Looking back, the planning process felt like we were just being 'yes'd to death' by a sales department that didn't want to say 'no' to a premium booking. They market the venue as 100% customizable, but they lack the operational execution to handle the reality of those custom designs. Furthermore, a glaring operational negligence was set: management has since attempted to blame our vendors for timeline delays, completely hiding the fact that our family and guests arriving at 5:30 PM physically witnessed the morning party's guests still lingering inside our paid ballroom footprint, while our entertainment team was also delayed in setting up their equipment * The Verdict: What is most disappointing is that when we privately reached out to management via email to address this mathematical timeline shortage, we were met with initial gaslighting and have since been completely ignored. For a venue that actively campaigned to be named "Long Island Brides Best Venue" by using giveaway promotions, it is deeply discouraging to see that they put immense operational effort into winning marketing awards, yet completely falls short when it comes to delivering basic corporate integrity to a verified client. If you book an event here, verify every operational boundary in strict writing, and hope and pray they don't book a party right prior to yours, because management's verbal assurances are completely empty.

Allison and Sarah could not have been more comforting and proactive. Over email, phone, and video call, they put my mind at ease and I felt so prepared the day of my wedding, no matter what restrictions were in place. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could.
