The food was delicious we were at a wedding just recently the view of the Ocean was amazing my only problem was the venue isn't handicapped accessible no elevator around and if they have one no one offered the use. Perfect for a Beach Wedding! Two very large bars with incredible staff. The Main Room was classy. Service was astonishingly poor, no management overseeing the serving staff. Silverware and plates missing from main cold cut and cheese table. When plates were brought out, they were steaming hot, perfect for cold food. Silverware missing for dessert. Our table ordered Halibut that had the consistency of a well done chicken cutlet. Front part of Hall had a stench they can't seem to get rid of based on previous reviews. Night was crowned with Car Valets who misplaced some of our keys. If you can forego the beach setting, and the address;, run somewhere else. read more

Not sure if they are closed or are closing but it's been over a month since they replied to any emails, and they never showed to a call they scheduled and sent via calendar invite (and I had to rearrange my schedule to make it). Totally unprofessional. read more

I don't recommend staying here. The room is reeked of gasoline. There must have been a gasoline leak in the room. The smell was so pungent every time we walked into the room. We could not sleep with the ac on because we had to open the windows because it was so bad. The ac had a change filter alert on. I called the front desk and no one came to change it. There is no staff working over night. No one comes in to work until 9am. There is no food late night. And everything in town closes so there was nothing to eat at hotel. The worst part is they will not doing anything for us about the gasoline smell. From talking to staff members, the managers are aware of the smell and will not do anything about it. It was a very expensive weekend that was not worth the money at all. read more

Our daughter's wedding was here on 07/09/2022. It was incredible. Riley is the most amazing person. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed about everything. She is nearby and wants to help when you have questions or concerns. She has a staff that we could not say more positive things about. They love working with Riley which makes everything flow very smooth. Our guests couldn't say enough about their wonderful meals and how beautiful the room was along with how everything was set up and flowed absolutely perfectly. My sister wanted a Hampton Beach wedding. And at Oceanbleu, she got one. The staff here were great and the food was delicious. They made it a very pleasant experience while we were there. I'm not sure about planning an event here, as this was my sister's wedding and not my own. But everything seemed seamless. And the venue was beautiful. read more

My wife and I attended a wedding here and couldn't have been happier! Everything was great, apps, ambiance, etc, but the real treat was the amazing service and attentiveness given to us by all of the staff, especially from William! We have very specific dietary restrictions (gluten, etc), and not only did William personally speak to us to confirm our needs, but he met us, with his staff, during the event. We were continually attended to by the staff and William, and were so amazed to finally have someone show some care and concern for what is usually a diet that restricts us and is ignored by other establishments! Just went to a wedding here recently. The wedding couple got married on the beach at 6:30 PM. All the guests were attacked by hundreds of these black nats flying around, getting caught in the hair, on clothing in bags. It was a complete nightmare, that besides the sand in my shoes and bag, I ran off the beach and missed the ceremony. I wasnt the only one, many followed. It was a horrible experience. Some say this happens this time of year at this time of day. Dont you think someone from this establishment should have said something? The couple could have worked their vows around the bug infestation period. Caterer was good, for all the 4 stations they set up, Yes, there was some pass arounds. We didnt starve, so that was good. There was maybe 10 tables to the 185 people guests that were there. I like to sit and eat, even if the foods are finger or hand held foods. How do you eat sushi with a handbag in your hand? Of course you must give your seat to the elderly first and then there were no tables left. Reception room was decorated beautiful, food good, Sea bass was cold and just ok.Was laid on corn. EH. They had a black out and according to the rest room attendant , this happens quite often on Dune Rd. Not sure how true it is , but there was no music, lights or air conditioning for over an hour. This wedding was a WEdding nightmare at the Oceanbleu. At the end of the night, no electric , no coffee. There were candles in the flowers and up lighting ran by batteries. The only light in the room. Music came from a lap top computer that they had to do their parent and child dance. If you needed to use the rest room, The rest room attandent did have a flashlight if you needed to go. To anyone considering having a wedding on the beach, consider all the details above. Was by far not a real Westhampton Wedding. I would not recommend this place. I didnt stay at the hotel, so I dont know about that. But no one was managing this affair and that was lacking. Our daughter's wedding was there on September 1, 2018. I could not have asked for a more perfect event. The event staff, William and Jessica took care of every detail. The food and staff were amazing. Since Saturday I have gotten so many texts and e-mails from people telling me it was the best wedding the ever went to. SIMPLY MAGICAL!! If you want the perfect wedding, five-star service and food, and a beautiful beach setting, then you will love Oceanbleu as much as my husband and I did. This was the best decision we could have made (with respect to wedding planning) and we have nothing but great things to say. The list can go on, but just to mention a few highlights: the setting for the beach ceremony was like a dream with the waves creating the perfect backdrop (no it was not too loud); the cocktail hour display was mouth-watering and beautiful; the tent created a magical atmosphere; the service was beyond impeccable; the entire staff was efficient, respectable and friendly. We are grateful to Jerry, our Maitre'd and Joe for helping to ensuring the wedding was absolutely perfect and most importantly, that we had a great time and didn't need to worry about a thing on the day of. Thanks to Sarah, my bridal attendant who was just the sweetest, we were actually able to enjoy all the food from cocktail hour, dinner, our wedding cake, and even the dessert parade. Thanks to Chef Eric, the food was absolutely delicious and not just by wedding food standards. The only criticism for Chef Eric is how difficult he made it to choose our entrees, the tasting we had at Oceanbleu was one of the best meals we have ever enjoyed and it pained us to have to narrow down a selection for our guests (seriously, the most difficult decision we had to make for our wedding!). We may sound a bit biased since we love Oceanbleu, but we were assured they truly gave us an amazing wedding because even months afterwards, our guests were still raving about how much fun they had, the beautiful setting, seamless service and delicious food. Saving the best for last, William and Jessica will forever be in our hearts for all they have done for us. From day 1 William won us over with his sincerity and genuine intention to give us the wedding of our dreams. He was with us every step of the way, gave us valuable advice and support and worked hard to make our dream wedding into a reality, which resulted in a day that we still can't believe we can call our wedding day. Alongside William, the ever so organized, innovative, and personable Jessica made sure we were on track with our wedding duties and didn't veer off course. Wedding planning can be stressful at times, but every interaction with William and Jessica was just simply fun and heartwarming. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate and will be forever grateful to have had the pleasure of working with William and Jessica, to have them be part of our wedding day - they gave us the wedding from beyond our imagination. read more

Run for the hills if you are considering having your wedding here. I attended a wedding months back and was completely uphauled by what I experienced. I felt terrible for the brides parents knowing how embarrassed they were to have had people travel from all over to attend not to mention the expense. The food was so awful that my fish dish was unrecognizable. Being at the shore you certainly wouldn't expect what was served. The accommodations at the hotel, which isn't even a hotel, was the oddest set up of old privately owned rooms that were down right disgusting and fitly as was the reception areas. They never even fully cleaned from the wedding the day before. If it wasn't for the fact that the weather was beautiful it would have been a complete disaster. read more

Ok. This is by far the worst "hotel" my husband and I have ever stayed at in our lives. The first room we were placed in was roadside and was absolutely filthy...examples: dirt and grime on walls and floor; dirty bandaid wrapper upon entry; 3 different types of flooring in the same space; dirty linens on the bed and no headboard on the bed. We implored the staff to change our room, which they immediately did for us. We were placed in an "upgraded" room by the tennis courts. There was urine in the unflushed toilet upon our arrival, however the room was cleaner...that must've been the "upgrade". We stayed for two evenings to attend a wedding on the site. The wedding space was phenomenal and service for the event was incredible. Just goes to show that this hotel takes advantage of visiting guests who are trying to be responsible by not driving home after an open bar...and are willing to spend $400 a night. Many guests at the wedding shared how disgusted they were by the rooms and all had tried to escape to another hotel with no success. Two pluses of the stay - the ocean (of course) and the staff was both helpful and understanding of the disgusting rooms. read more

I recently attended a wedding here and stayed the night as well. I guess because of the location I was expecting spectacular. I came away with very mixed feelings. It began with check in. We were given a discount rate given to all wedding guests and were directed to go across the street, through the parking lot to a row of rooms adjacent to the tennis courts. There were about 20 rooms arranged barrack style with the look of temporary housing. Once inside we were met with a very sparse room which had a queen size bed, small dresser, closet with two hangers, and very low lighting. The bathroom was small but clean. The sheets had a small rip in them but again seemed clean. When we arrived there was only one other car parked. No other wedding guests were given these accommodations we later found out. We did call the front desk to inquire about changing our room to the main hotel, but were told it would cost over $100.00 more. We had already paid $319.00 for this room and were not interested in paying more. This was especially true when we later spoke to other guests who,were not very impressed with their rooms. Mind you this was at 5:00PM on a horrible weather weekend in October. Who did they think would be showing up last minute? So, when it came time to meet in the main hotel for the wedding itself, we drove to the front of the parking lot rather than take that long walk in the drizzle. Once the wedding began we did have a good time. The cocktail hour and dinner meal were delicious with many choices...all cooked well. As the hotel itself does not have a restaurant or bar, I am not sure if it was an outside caterer or not. I gave a three star rating on the wedding and location,but I would not stay overnight at this hotel again...it was a two star at best. We were given the choice of two other hotels with shuttle service to the wedding and that would be our choice if we ever had another event here. read more

There are not enough stars in the sky to rate how outstanding the service was for Our wedding June 11,2017. William accommodated all our requests from the start. He gave us ideas and really got to know our story to design the day for us. Jessica Easton was Born for the Bridal Industry she always answered calls and helped with any questions. She made sure that I had every detail not only complete but made all my preparations for any table settings or decorations stress free. Jessica came early to let me into the Bridal Suite so I can have a larger room to get ready in. The food was amazing, the entire staff was on top of drinks, and the Bridal attendant went above and beyond to Bustle my dress two times, pack up belongings, get me anything I needed, and most importantly make sure we were able to have time with each other to eat and enjoy the day. We loved everything about the cocktail hour also there was so many fun food and drink pairings. We didn't need a cake with the delicious fun desert parade William granted our request last minute for an additional hour of dancing that really gave us time to let loose with all our closest friends and family who were staying over that night. We had the Best day of our lives. read more

A wedding night should be relaxing and enjoyable, not stressful and argumentative. This place is so beautiful, but they need to clean house and run it the right way.
