I went in for a breast reduction in 2023. I was promised to end up a D cup. I woke up, to my…read morehorror, as a B cup with breasts pointing in different directions. He offered to fix the mutilation - at MY EXPENSE! He would not let my husband even step foot in the building on the day of the surgery - huge red flag! I was lied to repeatedly, and told very different things when my husband was not present. Take a look at his wife's face (mouth/cheek area) if you think you want to have him do work on you. He did her facelift and it left her with very strange indentations. Another red flag that should have made me run. I hope someone can benefit from this review... by running away as fast as you can from this awful place. This man may have once been a good surgeon, but he is not now. It breaks my heart to think how many people will be damaged mentally and physically in the years to come with him being allowed to remain in practice.

I hate to leave bad reviews but after talking to a few other victims ( more then 4 now )of mole…read moreremoval that he did I have to speak up and save someone else! About myself I had a mole on my face ( size of an end of eraser )and someone recommend I get it checked btw it was small (pics coming ) but the scar it left behind on my face it is time for me to speak up- to save someone else! I am not too concerned about my scar just want others who go for mole removal to choose another location! It was a very small mole that he cut out on side of my temple - and I put ever cream on trying to get rid of the scar it's been over a year now and see picture. I wish someone anyone told me about his reputation with mole removals - I am hoping I save someone the pain I went through ! The family is a great nice family ( and staff )which is why I went there but I wish I didn't have Dr Collini remove it - looking back it was a terrible mistake! I had also a bad experience overall the nurse was not in the room with me when it was removed and blood shot all over the place luckily I practice yoga and remained calm bc I would have Dr C actually told me he hit an artery in my face and it hurt like hell! So this did not help my experience at all ..... Just an FYI for those going to get moles removed please ask for before and after photos or better yet ask around for recommendations. I just had two more moles removed and I went to geisnger dermatologist and same size on back no scar after weeks. The other stories I have heard are that he left two holes in peoples legs over a mole! He left a hole in someone's back bc of a mole and left horrible stitching ( think of train tracks!) you decide.

After moving back to this the area, I was looking for a good salon to have manicure and pedicure…read moredone. Many years ago I was a customer of this salon when it was in Dallas. I made my appointment as was very anxious for a bit of pampering. Upon arrival I was met by a very rude nail technician and instructed to sit in a straight back leather living room chair and to submerge my feet in what looked like a small foot bath. I was surprised that what I thought was going to be a luxurious process turned out to be putting my feet in a bucket of water. While sitting there feeling like I was in my grandmother's kitchen, she asked me how to take my next gen nail polish off. Her exact wording was " we don't have this product, so I don't know how to do this". I explained the process and as she did what I assumed was correct, she used regular acetone remover instead on non-acetone resulting in the melting of all of my nails. She couldn't have been nastier, telling me that she would have to put 7 "tips" on my nails, thinking that she could save the other by coating them with gel polish. Again using the "I don't know what I am going here "excuse. Her tone of voice and verbage to customers is unacceptable. She blames customers for what she doesn't know about her field. The toenail polish was on so thick that after sitting for over an hour letting it dry, it was still a mess later that day and I had to repolish. The gel polish on my fingernails is "puddled" and heavy showing streaks and brush marks. The proprietor of the salon has been known to me since I was a client of Snips n Tips in Dallas. She was right there in the shop, walking back and forth and listening to how this employee was talking to me and she did nothing but smile and walk by at least a half dozen times. Never helped me to deal with this crude nail person, just kept ignoring the situation and smiling. To make a horrible situation of bad care and bad attitudes worse this salon charges you to take your credit card! I never heard if that being done ANYWHERE ! I have heard of unreputable gas stations holding an extra dollar when paying by credit card at the gas pump, but that is refunded when they receive the amount due. I was charged for the foot bath pedicure, the tips she put on because she melted the originals and she asked for a tip, reluctantly given because I am not a rude person. The nail person is unskilled and speaks to customers as if they were her bothersome little sister and the owner just walks and smiles, letting the at the register rip off continue. Unless you like back woods, down home treatment stay away and no matter how much you think it will be great because it used to be..................it's anything but!
