I went in with brown hair with highlights and asked to go blonde. I used the term honey blonde. I came out with reddish brown hair!!! Then gaslighted- told it was blond- just wait and it will washes out in THREE WEEKS!!! NO attempt to add highlights- told NO. Umm, if I wanted a hair color that was gonna wash out over several weeks, I would do it myself and not pay $200 to have it professionally done. Very unprofessional, rude and unwilling to take responsibility for a mess up. The stylist are un experienced in general and KNOW it ALLs. Other clients said the same thing while I was there. AND,,, the girls DONT EVEN WEAR GLOVES TO WASH OUT CHEMICALS??? None of them. I went 4 times had 2 girls. The owner OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T even care about staff. When mentioned the young girls never heard of wearing gloves. They are gonna have autoimmune and deformed kids. SAD. It has consequences - and they are clueless!!! read more

I do not recommend this salon. I have lived in the area for many years. I decided to try this salon just because it was closer to my office. The salon is very nice and modern. I made an appointment for touch up ( roots) and highlights of course blow out. I did not realize that you had to state that ( blow out). Isn't that understood! I know there is always an additional charge, but because I did not state it when I made the appointment, I had to wait. It was just a horrible experience... The owner Jackie is extremely rude and very unprofessional.. Maybe she was having a bad day, but geez smile and pretend to be nice. The stylist Maddison did an ok job, but most of the time she was staring at herself in the mirror. She was nice, but was trying to push products and other services... There are so many salons in Martin County to choose from... I choose not to return. The salon I have been going to is wonderful, but my stylist moved South... I will continue with my current salon. I made an appointment in July for December for my Fiancee as we were getting married Jan 1st and she had not had her hair done in a while. I have over 40 years of experience dealing with Hair Salon's soo I kinda know what to expect. She wanted to have her hair cut, styled (Brazilian Blow out ), and Colored. Madison went above and beyond to make sure my ( Wife to be ) was comfortable with every step of the process. She did an amazing job and we are looking forward to re-visiting Madison again in May. Love these ladies! I have come here to get my hair done and was so impressed that I'm using them for my wedding in April. The salon is beautiful and effortlessly modern. I've had my hair cut my Sarah and she literally *always* does an awesome job. My momma and my sisters all go to her. I've had my hair cut my Madison too & alllll my girlfriends go to her. I've had my hair done up by Rhianna and my makeup done by Madison. Both of them are easy to work with and relaxed. I had the joy of having my hair highlighted by Jackie! I'll admit, I was a bit nervous being my first appointment, but she was so nice. She took the time and sat with me and looked at some pics I had (which she loved seeing) and walked me through what her plan was for me to achieve my ideal cut and color. What she said was it was going to be a process, a couple of appointments and I would be there. But I would definitely get the highlights I wanted, and wow she did it! After looking for years I finally found my stylist. Rihanna is excellent. She took the time to listen to my concerns with my hair and past color I was given. She fixed the color to be natural with highlights that blended in instead of patchy and off. The cut.... exactly what I asked for. Even growing in it was easy to style and looked good. I have been back several times and each time I get exceptional treatment and come out looking great. I finally started getting compliments on my hair again. If I could give zero stars...I would. The young/inexperienced stylist fried my hair; gave me a white/gray highlight look (looking for Merlot); and on top of literally destroying my hair by leaving the color on too long (and never once checking the process), she cut my hair in a mushroom with no blend and cut layers on the back. My hair has never looked so horrible in all my life. Before I left l explained all this and the response Rhianna gave me is "I'm sorry but there is nothing I can do it about it." I am typically an over tipper and give 30% gratuity to my hair and nail stylists. She is luck she even got a tip...and I did give her 10% still. I went and saw my husband, my best friend, another salon, and took pictures and sent to my mom. They all freaked as much as I did, so I went back inside two hours. I thought I was speaking to the manager, and needed to seek the owner; but seeing the previously posted negative review...I'm guessing Jackie (Jecqueline) is the owner??? This is even more sad. She was there when I returned and her response to me was "I have a brand new baby and that's why I wasn't here this morning." Okaaayyyy congrats but what does that have to with my hair and your inexperienced stylist who couldn't have been older than 22 yrs of age? I was giving the benefit of the doubt to the young lady, and Jacqueline said she isn't inexperienced. Well that's worse!!! I pulled up their licenses with the State and Rhianna hasn't been doing this for even a year and half yet. Jacqueline since 2004. They both said if they did what I was looking for my hair would've been pink...well that would've been something to say prior to me sitting down in the chair; and the. Jacqueline blamed me and said it was miscommunication on my part. I came with pictures how is that miscommunication? So Jacqueline said the only way to achieve what I was looking for was to do exactly what I mentioned to the stylist to begin with. She booked me for the following day (mind you I already spent the day off work to do the original); I was willing to take the following day off as well because I had to correct this for Christmas parties and functions and the health of my hair. I came in on a Friday 1:14 and they said I'm a "no show" since I'm 15 mins late. Jacqueline and the receptionist ran for the back room and Jacqueline was such a coward she made The receptionist come out front and make the excuse they wouldn't take me because I'm considered a "no show." She wasn't ever intending on "righting their wrong" but by law; I had to give them the opportunity to do so. They wasted my time (I don't even live in Stuart) and had to take off work another day. I wish they would have called me prior to me coming up and wasting my time that they didn't know how to correct their mistakes. I had to go to another salon and they spent 3 1/2 hrs repairing my hair and coloring to what they could to not cause more damage. I had tickets to a show and was late getting there because of all this unprofessional nonsense this place had me endure. The stylist who repaired me said she has never seen such damage and strange weaving techniques and breakage and damage and fried hair and this place actually let me walk out like this....then I'm out all this money repairing and fixing and time and money lost on event. I will be turning them into the BBB and also individually to the State of Florida as a complaint against their license. Rhianna is so new she hadn't even had to do continuing education yet, we discussed all this while she had me folding foils on a board. She Didn't know what was needed and or when. prior to making an appt, i phoned the salon; the owner, jackie, took the call. when inquiring re: a specific service, ORGANIC FACIAL, i was told that service was not offered at the salon. i stated the service was listed on the website as of that morning; the response was that she created the website over a year ago and forgot what was listed. REALLY?? #1 -- as a business owner, KNOW WHAT SERVICES YOU OFFER. when inquiring as to the esthetics line itself, i was repeatedly interrupted before getting my question out of my mouth. REPEATEDLY. the energy was such that she was busy and did not have the time. i was told the esthetician was busy and to contact the product line itself. she did not offer to take my name and # and have the staff happily contact me. as an aside, the product line would not offer any ingredient information due to the fact that i am not a licensed professional. #2 -- as a business owner, UNDERTAKE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACTIVE LISTENING. any communications training is a plus when dealing with a people-oriented business. it's really simple. listen to customers -- present and future -- and have a conversation. be INTERESTED in what your customers are saying. be INTERESTED in making connections and building relations. THIS IS BUSINESS; relationships. needless to say, i did not make an appt. i imagine with age, time, and experience, the owner will grow and evolve and have more insight and mindfulness in running the day to day grind of a business and what customer SERVICE actually entails. read more

She is insulting and had the nerve to make me feel small in front of a room of her clients and employees. Walked in while waiting for my lunch from next door to get my eyebrows waxed. When I walked in they were about to have a photoshoot done. While the Esthetician agreed to see me, I felt a little uninvited and non-wanted. No one said welcome, hello or even how are you..... NO ONE besides the esthetician! The esthetician took her time, was extremely kind ad did an excellent job on my eyebrows...however during my service the other stylist were primping and ignoring the fact that there was a client in the chair making me feel even more unwanted. When I went up to pay the bill the esthetician took care of the payment options and I began to ask questions about other services. One of the stylist butted into the conversation basically talking down to me like I was an idiot and was extremely pushy and hard pressed. I believe it was the owner, she pushed a Brazilian blow dry on my hair after i JUST told her I was not doing ANYTHING to my hair because I was trying to make it healthy. She wouldn't give up basically making me feel like my hair was hideous and was so pushy and rude....not to mention the rest of the salon have STILL not acknowledged I was even there...based upon that I will not go back to this salon nor will I ever recommend it...EVER! I would however recommend the esthetician if she went to a different location! Bottom line---- you can take as many pretty pictures you want trying to market your company... if you cant back it up with good service your not going very far! read more
