You better be well prepared to direct traffic when they start unloading because they want to get it done asap and get away. 3 items suffered damage from what I have discovered so far. When job complete the foreman Glenn would not accept my personal cheque....said policy is certified cheque only or etransfer....news to me. They had requested a $200 deposit by etransfer and wanted the balance on completion was all I was told. If you have to pay electronically you have to make sure your limit is high enough. Due to etransfer limits, we had to access 4 different accounts (1 was a friend's) standing in the driveway, no WIFI,. one of the etransfers bounced due to bad email....then the phone calls started, no patience on their part while we tried to sort out the problem with our bank. Move on Friday, done late....ended up processing new etransfer on the Monday. Havent heard from them since. My impression is all they care about is the money not customer satisfaction. Be aware!

This is actually a 3.5 star review…read more I utilized this completely twice. The first time they came to do a clean out of my rental property. They were courteous, prompt and professional. I had zero complaints. The second time I used them was for a move. The team that was a different set of guys who were equally as prompt, but not super detail oriented as their older counterparts. The first things that stood out was their difficulty to handle the truck they were driving and the strong scent of marijuana emanating from someone as they entered the door and a couple of other observations that appeared to be well received. In spite of it, they were hard working and agile. The problem didn't present itself until after the job was completed and we went to lock up the storage unit to find everything had been haphazardly placed making it impossible to access anything, especially in my physically handicapped state. I did call to give feedback and photos were sent. They were very apologetic and immediately promised they would come back and rectify the situation, saying they agreed it was definitely not acceptable by their own standard either. Since then, there have been several scheduling issues and a couple of times now I have been bumped or shuffled around due to "unforseen circumstances" even though I was on their schedule. When I made this 10/31/25 appt, I specifically asked for a day and time when I would not likely be shuffled because I have other things and people's time in my day that will be thrown off as well. I was apologized to and assured that I would finally be prioritized and taken care of, so I scheduled for the following week, which was yesterday 10/31 at 10am. Once again I didn't get a confirmation call or text, until I called, only to be told on top of the full team not being on time for work, another customer had unexpectedly bumped my time and the inconvenience was being passed down to me by way of the promised time slot being once again bumped. Still, I tried to adjust, again, but 30 minutes later and after being made to feel once again that I was not actually a priority (maybe because this was not another paid job), I cancelled. I just wasn't in the mood to have my day thrown off again. I came to the realization I not my time was not valued and there was no residual value to the $1,800.00 I had already spent, (this was definitely not the way I was handled before those jobs). Customer service and retention is everything and this fell short, I was so prepared to recommend and refer them until all this took place. I just don't feel valued as a paid/paying customer and certainly don't want to feel culpable if someone I know experiences the same as a result of my referral.

They did such an amazing job getting everything out of place #1 and loaded into the truck. They clearly are good at Tetris! And had everything unloaded into place #2 in 2.5 hours. We had an issue where my fridge wouldn't fit into my kitchen and Garrett was willing to get tools to help take off the doors to make it work. Even when I said don't worry about, I'll get it done later, he said call him and he'd come back to help. I definitely recommend Garrett and his guys.
