The owners know what sells and what doesn't so call and send pictures before going. Small quality things are generally appreciated like table top stuff or good art. Masks are required of course. They have a great in-stock floor selection, as well as an insane custom order area. Our salesman let us take our time and walk the whole store. He was kind and personable. Very low pressure! We ordered that day and we were able to receive it less than 6 days later! We could have received it sooner, but we are quite far from the store. The moving men were very quick and efficient. They didn't even bump anything, never mind actually damage anything. They let me know the timeframe they would be here all the way up to 2 mins away. The couch is sturdy and will last us a long time.

I will (try to) spare you the play by play, but I have to say, we were there for a LONG time. They were always available for questions. They kept an eye on us enough so that when we were struggling with anything, they gave us a minute and then would offer assistance. There were some manual recliners that were hard to push the footrest back down-that was the only issue. Okay. Not keeping this too short. These guys were so incredible accommodating. We were there just for my sister but I have been needing a new mattress and decided this is where I wanted to spend my money. The mattresses I tried out were amazing and also had great side sleeping pillows on it. Between my sister and me, we bought 4. We were there was past closing. Repeatedly assured up that it was not a problem. These guys are a class act. I will ALWAYS go there first when searching for more furniture. They even carried the (boxed) pillows out to the car for us. They were very flexible for delivery. I simply cannot say enough. ONE MORE THING-I price checked everything when I got home and they sell for significantly less than other vendors. Dare I say that I learned that I can trust them??? The brothers were so professional and friendly and patient with my questions. We ended up getting a memory foam mattress and they helped us push it into the car. We were done with a brand new mattress in less than 10 minutes. Very painless and awesome. Highly recommend if you need mattress but I also saw furniture nearby.

I thought the $75 delivery and assembly fee was very reasonable - I certainly didn't want to have to move or assemble that goliath myself. The installers arrived on time and did a great job assembling it. On the day we bought the desk, there was a bookshelf on display that had some actual books in it. One of the books is a classic for my profession ("Design Patterns: Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software") and I asked the salesman about it - he gave it to me for free without hesitation! I thought that was pretty neat. Now, fast forward two years, and the reason that I'm writing this review. We bought a new house, and we had to figure out how we were going to move that beast of a desk to the new place. We called up Office Furniture Used and New, and Nate only needed a cellphone picture of the desk before agreeing to disassemble, move, and reassemble the desk for the delivery fee x2 ($150)! If that isn't service then I don't know what is; honestly if they weren't able to help us out I don't know what I would have done as we didn't get any help moving our stuff (and even paid movers wouldn't help disassemble/reassemble a desk). In short, Office Furniture Used and New has exceeded my expectations in every way. Their customer service has always been way above and beyond, and my wife is still very pleased with her sturdy, wooden desk. I can't recommend them highly enough!
