Dr. O'Brien is truly exceptional. As a critical care nurse working at Mount Sinai Hospital, I have…read moreextensive experience in healthcare and a very high standard when it comes to providers--and I can confidently say he exceeds all expectations. His clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to genuinely listen and connect set him apart. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, never rushes, and makes you feel completely supported and understood as a patient. The quality of care he provides is outstanding, and I trust him completely with my health--I would even trust him to treat my own mother without hesitation. The office experience is just as impressive. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and organized, and Sarah, in particular, is beyond fantastic. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that patients feel taken care of from the moment they walk in. Between the level of care, the efficiency of the office, and the genuine compassion shown by everyone there, this is easily one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. I cannot recommend Dr. O'Brien and his team highly enough.
