Love that they corrected their mistake and went out of their way to make me happy. they actually care a lot about their customers just some of their customer service staff needs to be tweaked...will shop again and recommend. Terrible company with customer service to match. Ordered a pipe on a Friday, and was told via website I would receive it on Monday. Even paid for next day shipping. By Tuesday I still hadn't received. Called to say I really need it by Wednesday and they informed that they couldn't ship out until Wednesday. They didn't care at all and had absolutely no sense of urgency. Shop with people who care about their customers.

I will never do business with this company again after the last transaction... my order showed up very obviously damaged, I've reached out multiple times to get it corrected, and have been met with absolute silence. The damage was clearly in place prior to the product shipping, this was not a shipping issue. So between the higher pricing, and complete lack of service, I'm downright disgusted. I do not recommend anyone do business with these crooks. I suppose it is no shock that the ATL location shut down.

I remember a few years back I went to a place called East West Novelty in Long Island and found some really intricate and durable glass. Apparently, this was opened up by the same management. The staff throughout (there are two floors) are pretty friendly and bursting with energy. The second floor is where the glass is housed, along with a ton of sex toys/accessories. East West also offers an array of skater themed clothing, posters, and accessories. The only place I've found in Hudson/Bergen county that sells sand bag hackey sacks (without those weird beads inside). Things are modestly priced here and they have pretty interesting little nicknacks. Like Spencer's without all the Twilight. All in all, its one of the better smoke shops on this side of the Hudson.

Every single time I've gone here, there's always an issue with the card reader or I have to pay ATM fees to get money out of my account. And man, they JUST got that atm. The man who works here is fairly lazy and never cares about service. He has let customers walk out because of wait times, before they got the ATM, this man couldn't even tell me where the nearest ATM is located. I feel so bad for the owner because this place has the potential if they had the service and upgraded vendors.
