Chandler has done several signs and posters for my sons' graduation parties over the years, and every single one has been fantastic. Most recently, she helped me with something especially meaningful. My older son received a stretched canvas image as his varsity senior gift, and my middle son did not. I was really hoping to recreate that keepsake for him, so I brought the image into Rapid Printing Press. Within just two days, Chandler emailed me a proof. Even though the color wasn't an exact match to the original, she took the time to work with me, and I ended up ordering both versions. The final result was absolutely beautiful. What meant even more to me is that she saved the design so that when my youngest graduates, I can order the exact same canvas as a memorable keepsake for him as well. This was all done right before Christmas Eve, and I could not have been happier or more impressed with the quality, care, and turnaround time. After a week, I called and left a message asking when I would get my quote. A week later, they still hadn't returned my call. So, I found another local printer who gave me a quote on the spot and got my calendars done in a couple of days. There's no point in going to Rapid Press if they are so disinterested in new business that they can't even be bothered to give you a quote.

I told her I would be back by 4:30, which was when they closed. My errands took longer than expected. When I stopped back it was already 4:35 pm. I pulled on the business door, which was locked. I was so bummed that I hadn't made it back in time. As I was walking back to my car, the lady who had helped me came out of the business and said "I have your books ready!" I was so excited that they were done and that she had given me a few extra minutes to get back. The books looked great and the price was very reasonable. She was very friendly and made my life easier that day with her excellent customer service. She, I, and another lady who worked there chatted a bit while paying for my order. I loved the "hometown feel" of this place. They have earned my business and I will definitely be back!

Their consistency is unmatched when it comes to quality and customer service, my two favorite things. With my latest printing request, I decided to contact a local printer instead since it was a smaller job (but still, a very important job). And the nightmare began-- with the local shops my emails were going unanswered, quotes were being delivered weeks later, and when I was finally able to get a response from someone and my product printed, I was disappointed (to say the least) with the results. I even had the local shop re-print...but round two was still not up to my admittingly high standards. So, I did what I should have done in the first place, and I contacted Richfield Printing. Mike gladly accepted my job and patiently answered my extensive questions. The job was printed the next day, and I was provided a tracking number the day after that. Two days later, the package arrived. I must say-- I was a bit nervous after the stress and negative results I'd experienced with the local printers. I opened the box and was immediately pleased with the care that went into the packaging. My product was beautifully separated, wrapped, and protected. (A very nice surprise compared to the way the previous shop had rubber-banded and thrown the product into a paper bag.) Based on the presentation, I knew what came next had to be good...and it sure was. Upon immediate glance, everything looked great...in fact, too great. I was so used to disappointment, this all seemed too good to be true. So I went back to look at every single piece, searching for error, but I found nothing. Only perfectly printed and assembled sheets of paper. Wow. With the abundance of quick-stop print shops, it's a very special thing to find a quality shop like Richfield Printing.
