Hubby ordered a Chicago K9 and a Pitbull. I ordered a classic chili cheese dog. We shared an order of hash browns with cheese. The Chicago dog was exactly how you'd expect. The hot dog and the bun were so large that the majority of toppings were on the tray due to the oversized bun and dog. It was difficult to pick up with your hands and eat it. The pitbull was spicy with pickled jalapeños. Same oversized dog and bun with little ability to pick up and eat. My chili cheese dog had to be eaten with a knife and fork due to the same overly sized bun and dog. I didn't mind eating it that way until I realized that with all the toppings and condiments, the parchment paper on the tray was wet and tearing which I then had to be careful not to eat. The hash browns had a frozen flavor so I'm not sure if they just needed to be cooked a little longer. Lots of shredded cheese on top. The food to dollar value was excellent. Suggestion to the owners: A jumbo dog like that should be sliced down the middle and fried on a flat top.

Anyway, he does a pretty tasty version of a Chicago-style hot dog. all the expected trimming: poppy seed bun, steamed Vienna dog, weird green relish, diced onions, sport peppers, kosher pickle spear, slices of tomato, moostard, and, yes, a sprinkle of the magical celery salt. no fries, because its just a cart, but you can get some chips and sodas/water. also, you are not limited to just a Chicago-style dog. Chili dogs are also on the menu, and some other various versions. I don't recommend trying to eat a Chicago-style dog while driving. you may get through without injury, but you will wear some of the relish before it's all said and done. Solid three stars! I believe there are new owners, but I am not certain. It appeared that the lemonade was pre-mixed. And it wasn't made in the plastic containers when they would smash the lemons for the fresh lemon juice. It was in a regular fast food cup. It certainly didn't taste the same. I was really disappointed. It was quite busy and it appeared. Everyone was ordering ice cream. So if that is your preference, maybe this is the place to go. They also had a grill with corn on the cob available to purchase. That was something new that I've never seen before. I hope they return to the freshly made lemonade.
