Luckily I had some cash on me, but not enough. I had to leave and get more money because they demand payment in full upon arrival. The cost of boarding four large dogs for seven days and and getting to two dogs groomed set us back $918. There is a male employee who handles dogs who appears to be easily angered. One of my dogs pushed past him when he was putting them into the kennel and his finger was pinched in the latch. He cursed and moved towards my dog like he was going to kick him, but Melissa moved him out of the kennel and redirected him to a other kennel. We came home from vacation two days early, dogs were in good health, both long haired dogs were bathed and trimmed. Cost for grooming is $1 per pound, so dog grooming was $178. We are still owed a refund for the two days we did not board the dogs.
