The meats are very well seasoned and the consome for the birria was very tasty, but the addition of cheetos and Doritos is very offputting. I have not had anything beyond the best with everything I have ordered from them, The guys on the truck are so nice and always friendly. The wait time is pretty standard as your food is being COOKED while you wait. Generally I sit in the car for about 10 mins and I'm done or close to being done. Omg!!! I have been waiting to try this place for what seems to be FOREVER!! I finally got the chance and let me tell you: they did NOT disappoint! The birria pizza was amazing!! The food here is delicious. I would recommend their tacos to anyone who enjoys a combination of flavorful spice and savory meat . The service however, is extremely slow. Even when they were only four or five individuals at the truck, it took over 45 minutes to make 3 tacos. Outdoor seating is nice, difficult in the snow. Customer service: Pleasant, asked me how my day was. Very nice. Cons: 1. Although they were expected to open at 2 p.m., they weren't prepared to make food just yet. There were still employees bringing food to the truck. Was told 25 minute wait. 2. They took my make & model of car expecting them to bring my food to the car when ready, but they did not. After 35 minutes passed, I went to the truck & then received food. 3. Fries were not hot, but still crispy. 4. BTW, the Oklahoma burger is no longer on the menu at this time. Other: 1. The crunch wrap had dry, not-so-fresh chicken, and the Hot Cheetos inside were soggy with no crunch at all--tasted old. The birria ramen barely had any meat, just noodles and broth. This is a challenging review - the birria taco I got was amazing but the wait for it was making me lose my cool. Food trucks have limited menus and should be able to crank out the food. When you're at an event you don't want to wait 15 minutes for a taco, I don't understand why they don't have some things pre-prepped to move things along. Was at the Hotel Royal Oak for one of their parking lot concerts and they were the food truck.
